cafe curtains porportions

I am making cafe curtains for my kitchen and dining room. They are a rather large and colorful print fabrics. I have enough fabric to make valances from one print and the bottoms from another. Or should I make both bottoms the same with the other print for valance? Also how long should the valance be? One window is 60" tall and the other is 45. Thanks
