My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Reclaimed wood. I don't recall the species or stain color. It wasn't engineered but that is a valid option for wide plank floors.

    The micro-bevels that are seen would denoted either a pre-finished engineered and a pre-finished solid. The tecture on top of the planks would lead me to believe that it is engineered.
