My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello, thanks for your enquiry. The pendant above this kitchen island are not UL listed for outdoor use. For a similar look that is UL listed try the Kichler #2665 Hatteras Bay Collection. It has a glass lens across the bottom of the light to protect it form moisture outside.
