Tear out porch and steps. Build new porch 5-6 ft wide with steps of same width coming down to front only. Pave landing at bottom with stone (also porch floor). Build stone sidewalk to driveway. Put heavy light fixtures on both sides of door. Paint front door an accent color such as melon or aqua.
