My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The flooring is Red oak and the color is special walnut form minwax .

      Thank you! We have red oak and are looking for a warm brown stain. Is there a stain that's between special walnut and the floor color in the next kitchen you have in these photos (John Creek kitchen?)

      We always only put down one coat of stain . Two coats tends to hind the natural grain of the wood Thanks for looking

      they came out great, what total time did the stain sit on the wood? and if you wouldn't mind what finish is this semi-gloss 2 coats?
