If I use this scenerio,my book cases would be much narrower and the one on the left might have to be narrower than the one on right??? Entry table would be on far right and space for kitty door, plant and chair on right (so bookcase cannot take up entire corner. Need room for kitty door & tall plant - then chair OR...better still, a small piano at an angle??? A spinet of course.
We would have fireplace under tv, Ikea 30" wide billy bk cases w/doors on bottom. Wallpaper behind shelves is good - like the blue. If space is leftover on Rt side in dorner - kitty door there and chair placed at angle in front of it w/tall fake tree in corner behind chair (wil help disguise kitty door.)
Bump out only necessary amount for f/p (6"?) Lined w/wood to match louvered barn doors, and 3 niches to right of TV from floor to ceiling. Area to left of TV is for Entry and Family Story w/ small, narrow console table-Same Java Wood finish as coffee table and all other wood.
Similar to our situation - check it out, including the sound bar. (However, I see they have no mantle)
