look at Highland Park Craftsman. Small bathroom layouts could be better, IMHO.
need to check out this designer in LA. I like the way she improved the "cottage" feel. Like the big headboard and details in the kitchen. A little to bright and feminine for me though.

I really like this kitchen, the vintage style, the color, the slightly elevated design of the sink, the powder room. Don't care for the pendant lights.
Good notes on kitchen storage & solutions. Double ovens are at a good height, but doing it that way means losing counter space. Oven is awkwardly low in condo. Same with "appliance garage" - means losing counter space. Alternative for a heavy mixer is the lift-up shelf.
