I would prefer the range and stove not to be in the island

Shelving built into the wall is practical.
I also like to have a seat built in, but if a small bathtub is included there may not be enough room.

One of the few photos that showed shelving. I was just wondering how/where that would be placed. Keeping open shelves for towels is easy to maintain and keep neat. Closed shelving is necessary of misc. items that need to be stored by not seen

I like having the window by the shower/bath. If we use glass as a barrier [if we have a barrier at all], the entire room is lit.
How expensive would it be to enlarge the existing window ?

Combo of bath and shower.
I would prefer a dual headed shower that allows for two people at a time.
Like the wooden plank floor

Would having a small specialized tub allow for both a tub and a shower?
I would prefer the range and stove not to be in the island
