owner’s suite bathroom ceiling detail idea. I was thinking about creating something like this for owners suite which includes ceiling detail and also serve as soffit for the shower room.

I am thinking of changing the right side of the fire place to just windows.

If the black door doesn’t work, walnut color is another option. And, if we do walnut here then no walnut on the staircase wall just vertical lines of same color as the panel.

The original idea is to bring the exterior wall in the wall along with the staircase. I think it’s still a good idea.

Okay sounds good. What size of wine refer do you want? 24" or 30"? Model? Upper cabinets or floating shelves?

For the wine storage, I am thinking not to have a display only style, but rather cabinets with a wine refrigerator on the side.

It’s fine to install standing faucet also so the window can be lower to the top of the tub. BTW, is there room to change the tub orientation from East/west to North/South? I think it will look nicer and give more room to the vanity. I know we talked about expanding the shower. We can concel that if we change the tub orientation.

For the owners suite bath, I still preferred full height window. We will need to use blinds whether the window is large or small. And, we will have landscaping plants that area to make it more private and look better. BTW, the window narrower than the tub width.

The pantry will have shelves on three sides with two sides have countertops and 2 outlets above the countertops.

You currently have a pocket door at the Pantry, does this work?

Let’s move the seating to the middle of the vanity in the Owners Suite.

A cabinet for appliance storage. It’s nice to have a continue slab and separate doors for upper and lower sections.

The family room fireplace wall. We like the TV on Fireplace, the fireplace is low profile. They can position lower. The sides have cabinets in the bottom and open shelves above. We don’t need windows on this side or small windows above the open shelves.

The north side of the kitchen face the fence to the neighbor. So, it’s not necessary to have a large window. We would like to have cabinets with windows above the sink. The top of the cabinets can touch the ceiling and be positioned slightly higher to give the sink more clearance.

Like: 1) one side of the island has over hang allowed seating when desired, 2) the color contract looks good, 3) the lines are simple and modern.
