Her attention to detail was evident from start to finish. Denise has great taste and is able to execute her ideas within a given budget. Denise Fogarty was our interior designer for the complete rehab project of our 80 year old home. We completely gutted the interior of the house and also built an addition, which included a new kitchen and master bedroom and bath on the second floor. Denise was a perfect fit for us. She has a bright, cheerful personality and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism and experience was obvious in our first meeting. My husband and I knew what we liked but had no idea how to put it all together. Denise met with us initially to help us set up a plan and dateline so we didn't feel overwhelmed with all the decisions to make. She suggested we keep a binder with divideders listing: Architect, paint selections, lighting, plumbing, tile, cabinets, appliances, etc. to help us keep track of every detail. Then she made a schematic for us with the new floor plan and where to place our existing furniture. For the kitchen and bathrooms, Denise accompanied us to select granite and marble slabs, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, tile selections, etc. Every place we went, Denise had an established and well respected relationship with all of the companies providing the service. Denise helped with all of the paint colors, flooring - wood and tile. She gave us many websites to visit to get ideas and magazines, as well. Denise really listened to what we wanted on every detail from color selection to flow of the house.
