I can’t say enough good things about Fitzgerald construction. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to remodel as they did an amazing job on my basement.

Bob, Jason, Ryan and the entire team at Fitzgerald Construction were incredible to work with. They completely transformed our 2 bed, 2 bath 1950s ranch into a beautiful two-story 4 bed, 3 bath home. Bob & his team were extremely professional, creative, timely, and great communicators. The team did an outstanding job on our home, while staying on schedule & on budget. They weren't afraid to try out creative solutions where needed, and Bob is very knowledgeable about what will (and will not) work in a renovation. Their subcontractors were all extremely talented & professional as well. We were blown away by how efficiently the project was run, and they even got us back in to our home ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Fitzgerald Construction to anyone looking for quality work in the Atlanta area. They're true professionals & we'd gladly work with them again in the future.

Bob, Jason, and everyone from Fitzgerald Construction were outstanding. The quality of the work and professionalism of the team was top notch. I've worked with other contractors on other projects. This team had very strong working relationships with high quality sub-contractors in the various trades needed to complete a major project, which is something you really want your general contractor to have. They were extremely responsive and flexible, and came up with great solutions to issues and effective tradeoffs to complete our project effectively. And they helped us with so many little things along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and have recommended them to friends, and I would certainly use them again.

The project was finished on time, under budget and to our liking. They took care of every last detail until we were satisfied. We have worked with Bob and his team on two major home renovation projects, one in 2005 and one in 2016. His work quality and attention to detail are outstanding as is his communication and project management. Bob Fitzgerald at Fitzgerald Construction has handled multiple major renovations for us. His work is excellent, he communicates well during the course of the project regarding scheduling and costs, and he always brings a great team of subs together to get the work done. We have been so pleased with his work that we recommended him to our son, who is getting some work done!

Bob was recommended to us by friends. He had done an amazing job on their home, so we brought him out to the 50s ranch that we were under contract on. The house has an addition on a concrete slab that was not quite even with the wooden subfloor of the original house. This had been covered up with carpet, but we were desperate for hardwoods or the like. The other contractor we interviewed said that he couldn't do anything about the floor level, but Bob didn't miss a beat in telling us how he'd take care of it and recommending what types of flooring we could use. We hired Bob for a major renovation of the majority of the house. We weren't the most organized renovators, but Bob was unruffled when we decided partway through the process to gut the kitchen. He is also a great problem-solver. The completed house looks amazing--better than I could have imagined. Bob and his staff are great to work with. All of the subcontractors were very professional and did great work. We renovated most of the house when we bought it in 2016, and when we were ready to renovate the remaining rooms in 2017, we didn't consider another general contractor. If we ever find ourselves in need of another renovation (God help us), we'll be calling Bob!

Bob and team (Jason and Kevin) were very professional to work with. We had an issue with a new sub who wasn't as accomplished as he claimed, but Bob and team worked through the issue, hired a different sub, repaired the necessary work, and didn't make me pay for the difference. Bob was reachable, told us what to expect, explained any unforeseen circumstances, and even arranged for a roof to be put on in hours to beat a predicted hurricane. C

Hired Bob and team for a two floor complete remodel of our house including new hardwood floors, complete kitchen and 4 bathroom remodels, painting, wall removal, fireplace install, etc. Major renovation project in excess of $200,000. Overall very pleased with end result and cost. Bob has 1-2 very good job foreman that are so great to work with and are very good at understanding. Customer desires and the art of what is possible (and what isn't). People that come to the house now are amazed at the transformation and that's the best judge of the work quality IMO. We are picky people by admission and Bob noted this and took extra care to point out challenging areas of the work and what would look the best given the circumstances. Highly reccomended.
