William (“Willie”) Cronin is President of Blackwater Valley Development, Inc. and is a very experienced and professional custom home builder and general contractor. He also specializes in home improvement projects from kitchens to bathrooms and everything in between. Willie emigrated from Ireland in the early 90's and immediately put his carpentry background to use. Having worked in the carpentry trade for 8 years he began to build single family homes. He has built homes in Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale and Palatine. He also has done extensive home improvement projects for clients as well as office rehabs and Code Compliance work. Business Philosophy: Willie's experience and expertise is on guiding clients who desire custom work for their homes. Willie's background in general contracting and carpentry makes him uniquely qualified to discuss and suggest plans and ensure they are within the desired budget. Willie’s foremost concern is that you get the results that you planned and expected. Willie does this with communication and professionalism throughout the life of the project.
