I looked for reviews for architects in the San Antonio area and Distinctive Drafting and Design had the best rating. I called Manny and scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and on time. Manny put our plan that we told him to something we could see and showed us how we could make it better. After agreement on the floor plan, Manny gave us a time frame for the completion of the final floor plan and stuck to it. His professionalism is a testament to all the great reviews you find for him and Distinctive Drafting. I will definitely give Jon a call again for my next project.

We had a huge project planned for our son who graduated from HS in May and was to begin college in August. We had an idea of what we wanted but because we had never done a project like this before, much less a project so big we needed help ! We were so blessed to have met Manny and his team at Distinctive Drafting and Design LLC. They pretty much saved me from having a nervous breakdown. I mean that literally! Manny was extremely nice, extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional. He designed our home and did a fantastic job! He was patient when I changed my mind a few times and helped us create a beautiful 1,100sq feet addition. It includes an extension of our living room, an entertainment room, an office for me , a stairway with a beautiful large bay window . Upstairs is a loft, my sons bedroom / closet and a full bathroom with full shower and linen closet. It is beautiful !!! The contractors/builders had no trouble at all following his drawings and I am extremely happy and satisfied with how the project turned out! 1,100 sq feet is a huge addition and I could not have done it without Manny and his team! I hired Manny after a very frustrating experience with another designer. My husband and I wanted plans to build a small under 1000 sf guest house. We had been going back and forth with another designer for 6 months on something that should have taken 6 weeks. Manny was eager to help, he listened and in a timely manner worked with us to get what we wanted on paper. He finished our floor plan, elevation and electrical layout in less than 4 weeks. This company also offers 3D which was not provided by the other designer we worked with and their fees are the same. It has been a night and day experience working with Manny instead of the other designer. Our guest home is just a small portion of this project and since he handled this task like it was a million dollar project, we will be hiring him for the future buildings on this property. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable hard working firm that will be appreciative of your business.
