We hired Cotcha Covered to install shades on two skylights. The sky lights are in a very high ceiling. Becky from Gotcha covered was very responsive to our needs. She responded when the other five or six people did not bother to return our calls. This was true throughout the project. She always responded in a timely manner. She provided very professional guidance and assistance in our selection. She is an independent business person and was involved in the entire project from climbing the ladder to take the measurements to working with her installed during installation. The project was installed on schedule and very professionally. We are very satisfied with the shades, the installation and especially Becky. The Price was just where we expected it to be.

We had custom window treatments done today by Becky, owner of Gotcha Covered. I have had window treatments done previously and I have to say this was just a wonderful experience. Becky was excellent to work with and did an amazing job of coming up with just the right color for what we needed, but in addition, she suggested a fabric design that fit our space perfectly. The installation went flawlessly and looks perfect. She showed up on time which was very important to me.
