LCI Design & Collections

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. So, I live out in “Timbuktu” Illinois and had a very large tree fall on my house. This forced me to remodel my entire home. Never thought I’d say it, but I am very thankful for that tree. I now have my dream home and it is all because of Beth and the LCI team (and the tree…) With limited availability of architects/designers in my area, I reached out to a friend in CA who recommended Beth. From the first Zoom meeting, Beth really listened to the vision I had and added thoughts/suggestions that displayed her immense knowledge and creativity. She really took the time to get to know me and my many desires/needs. Beth’s personality and approach made every meeting, not only productive, but enjoyable. As a result, she created a design that exceeded my expectations. Beth shepherded her design through to completion. She was very giving of her time – going the extra mile to answer any question and come up with quick/innovative solutions when needed. Many times my GC was unavailable, and my subcontractors would turn to Beth for guidance. Even through virtual review meetings, Beth would notice details that needed to be corrected/adjusted and advised accordingly. Construction can be very stressful, and it gave me peace of mind to know Beth was there. All in all, Beth is honest, transparent and does everything in excellence. You can tell she really cares about her clients, and it translates to the work completed. All of this, provides the homeowner the best of all worlds: exceptional design, technical expertise, attentive service, and thorough management. Thank you, Beth!
