Designed & project managed the construction of a 1,054SF ADU in the backyard of a couples' home who wanted to have their elderly parents close by, but still grant the parents autonomy.

The design features 10ft tall walls and numerous windows/glass doors to make the space feel as open as possible. The ADU is ADA compliant to ensure proper safety measures are in place for the parents. The exterior was also designed to match the exterior of the existing home, so there is continuity throughout the entire property.
