We hired Bob to help us visualize a challenging mountainside addition including a new entryway and pop-top office and guestroom. He was phenomenal from start to finish. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules, asked great questions, and listened to each of my husband and my goals for the project. He brought our vision to life with detailed drawings and allowed us to iterate a few times to get it just right. My favorite part was how he incorporated lots of plants and books in the design, which was beyond the initial scope, but was the cherry on top to turn a very nice design into downright lovable! And, we got exactly what we needed within the exact budget initially discussed. I highly recommend Robert Larsen!

Bob's expertise and experience was extremely valuable in our process of designing our new home with him. He was insightful and had a ton of insight to offer in areas we weren't sure what we wanted in the design. He was thorough throughout the design process and communicated very well with us during the process. His final design and documents were exactly what we needed and detail oriented.

Robert is one of the best architects that I have worked with in my career. We build high end custom homes in Cherry Hills Village and he has been a very important team member to many of our projects. His depth of knowledge, with over 50 years of experience, is very helpful in evaluating building products and systems. He brings taste, decisiveness and flexibility to his design. His problem solving abilities are unmatched. Robert has been consistently helped organize project design with some of the most complicated projects. Bob is a true professional, who is fair and thoughtful in his work. He prepared a design and drawings for an addition to our home. He was responsive to our requests, made sure he was capturing what we were seeking, and made recommendations with enough details for us to understand the pros and cons of the varying choices we had available to us. He provided everything in a timely manner. I woudl galdly use his services again and highly recommend his services.

We had a short deadline for an addition to our house and Robert not only finished his drawings quickly but also to absolute perfection. He ensured that every detail was mapped out and that it followed my vision exactly. The project unfortunately never reached completion due to an issue between me and my contractor but Robert was more than understanding about the situation and made sure that I had everything that I needed from him to complete the project in the future. I cannot recommend a more honest, hardworking, and stand up guy than Robert.

Bob responded to our request for a front porch addition. There were several limitations to work around. Bob listened to our wants as clients and with his knowledge and expertise created a beautiful front porch entry that pleased us and met all codes. He is very professional, kind and yes, affordable! I would use him again for any future projects and highly recommend him to any family or friends. That says a lot!

I was new to town and found Robert via Houzz. He was just what I needed! Helped me expand a few windows (and connected me to a vendor to replace all windows in the house), add a door to a room (which required structural improvements) and provided some basic design advice. Robert also connected me to a contractor to help do the job (along with other items). I'll definitely be back next year for more assistance. Thank you!!

Bob worked with us to create a beautiful new front of our home; definitely what we could not think of ourselves. Bob is an outside-of-the-box thinker and knows his building codes well. He was able work within the confines of the limitations of our already existing new home and the local building codes to give us plans for a covered front porch and new window placements that will bring a ton of curb appeal to our house and a great deal of new outdoor space for us to enjoy. It was easy to work with Bob, as he is prompt, flexible, open to new ideas, and highly professional. We highly recommend his work.

Robert was great to work with. He was able to show us a couple of different options for our project as well as provide us with contractor recommendations. Robert provided us with detailed technical drawings of our project and did so in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Robert.

I hired Robert to design an addition to my house for my mother-in-law, in addition we added a garage, walk out basement and upper floor. Robert showed himself to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional to work with. I also found Robert to be incredibly easy to work with and willing to work out every concern we had. I had a number of changes even after what we called a final plan and Robert made the updates and had them back to me in no time. Robert had a lot of helpful input as we went through the planning portion of the drawings making things much easier to make a final decision. When I went to the county for my permit they had no comment on anything needing to change and told me that the drawings looked very well put together. If I find myself in need of another architect in the, Robert will be the first one I call.

Bob is a consummate professional. We hired him during the sales process of our home in Cherry Creek. We were planning a remodel of the 2nd floor and Basement involving a complete bathroom and master suite with his and hers closets and a sitting room. We were also changing a shared Jack & Jill Bathroom into two en-suites as well as an extensive upgrade to the HVAC system that required extensive alterations to vaulted ceilings and soffits to accommodate new ducting. Without Bobs insight and ideas, we would not have achieved what we did. His drawings are outstanding, our Builders were so impressed with his attention to detail, I am sure it saved us thousands. I would hire Bob again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone.

We have a 1891 house with two new addition on either side of the old house. The exterior was showing decay and needed a face lift. We were having some issues conveying our wishes to our general contractor, so he brought Bob in to consult. As soon as we meet Bob, it was clear he can put our vision onto paper for the contractors to follow. More importantly, he was instrumental in guiding us as we tried to balance preserving the historical integrity of the house and our personal tastes. Bob was also very respectful of our budget, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks Bob!

This is the 3rd time I have used Robert Larsen and am more than just happy with the results. The first two were full home renovations and the one in process now is a Sunroom off the Family Room. He is thorough, attentive and very creative. He is familiar with the most recent materials and methods for construction and I know my construction costs were reduced due to his designs. I will use Robert Larsen for all future projects and would recommend his services without hesitation.

To all viewers: I am a General Contractor with 20 years experience in residential construction/remodeling in the South Denver/Castle Rock area. I have worked with several Architects over the past several years and since working with Mr. Bob Larsen on my last two projects ( one of which we were awarded 2014 Metro-Denver W.A.R.E. remodel of the year) I would highly recommend him as an Architect. Not only is his drawings complete, easy to read and accurate but also an asset to any successful contractor or any home owner. I could not have finished an award winning project without him. He delivered on all the onwers wishes and was available at a phones notice. His pricing was very comparable to other Architects in the area but for what he did for me as a contractor is priceless, thanks Bob.

Working with Robert Larsen over the last 30 plus years has been a wonderful professional collaboration of incredible skills. Robert has designed projects for clients from traditional French Manor House to Italian Baroque and Neo Classic Revival. His ability to design architectural exterior and interior details is exemplary. I was always amazed at his accuracy in mill work detailing, bidding and the follow through at installation periods. We worked together successfully on 50 or more projects through the years and his portfolio shows the incredible results of the enormous talents. .Robert is easy to work with, affordable and a detailed listener.
