New custom residence in Castle Pines gated community. The client requested the design to be in Country-French style, to include a connected In-Law's apartment / Guest House and a circular driveway. The house was carefully located on the site to preserve existing trees and was designed to comply with the stringent design guidelines. The back deck overlooks one of the primary greens at the adjacent golf course. Brick veneer with decorative details including quoins at wall corners and arched openings. The "turret" houses an octagonal staircase.
