Working with Supple Homes was a worry free way to accomplish what seemed to be the overwhelming task of downsizing from a 5000 sq ft family home to a 1200 sq ft handicap accessible ADU.. From our first meeting to our final walk through we were kept informed about schedule, cost, suggestions and daily updates (complete with pictures) through the easy to use BuilderTrend app. We can't say enough good things about Sean, Chuck and the many dedicated men and women who worked on our project. We absolutely recommend Supple Homes to rebuild your home! They rebuilt our home and gave us exactly what we wanted! Rebuilding a home is a huge undertaking (especially during the pandemic), but Sean Supple and his team always gave us the support, answers and open communication we needed. We had the privilege of working with Supple Homes Inc on the construction of our new home. From our first meeting, we found Sean Supple to be a seasoned professional, with great communication skills. Sean himself has a great eye for quality and finishes and his astute design judgment is based on his years of experience building high end homes. His project managers, skilled carpenters and office staff are all equally brilliant. We built during the pandemic and still finished building our 2-story home in 15 months in spite of a 6-week mid-project permit delay. From start to finish the process was incredibly organized, streamlined and transparent. Sean and his team’s expertise, attention to detail and creativity was unsurpassed and carried the project from beginning to end. As with any custom built home, there were unforeseen glitches. However were advised of a workaround / solution almost immediately, giving us the confidence that our project was in expert hands. We were particularly impressed with our project manager, Steven Gregory. His attention to detail, his exceptional perfectionism and dedication to quality work gave us confidence that our project was in excellent and expert hands. Steve would provide daily updates in addition to our weekly status meetings with Sean. He was collaborative, proactive, and always respectful of our decisions. It was an amazing experience working with Sean and his team.

We had a great experience working with Supple Homes on our renovation. They worked to schedule and budget and we're so please with the results. From our first meeting with Sean, we felt confident that Supple Homes was organized, well staffed, responsive, and of the quality we expect. We lived in half our house while Supple rebuilt the other half. Despite all of the hassle that caused for him, Sean made it all work and with a smile. We had an outstanding experience with Supple Homes. After doing our homework and talking with several of Sean Supple's previous clients, all of whom had nothing but excellent experiences and results with Supple Homes, we interviewed him ourselves and found him to be extremely professional, capable, and knowledgeable. We ran into several unexpected issues with our project and Sean was a trusted expert in both the issues and the resolutions. At a time when many projects were stalled or costs increased exponentially due to COVID, Sean help us keep our project moving forward and provided invaluable advice and service. We were especially impressed with our project manager/foreman, Dave Richardson. Dave was on site every day ensuring that the project was moving along in a timely manner and done to his very high standards. Often he identified and fixed issues/problems before we even knew they existed. Dave's technical skills and knowledge are unmatched. Given that we had never built a home before there was much we didn't know but Dave always either had the correct answer or knew how to find it. He gave us invaluable advice on numerous design and construction elements. He also has excellent relationships with his subcontractors and hires only the best. In this year and a half-long project, which resulted in the home of our dreams, the entire Supple Homes crew exceeded our expectations and made the entire process enjoyable.

Supple Homes recently completely our two story home with basement. It is a big project but Sean and his team handled it smoothly. They are very professional and totally trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Sean, Dave, and their team did a fantastic job on our modern home in Palo Alto. The design was not the simplest, and they found solid solutions throughout the process, both on their own and with our architects. They also did a great job managing through the Covid shutdowns and all the related issues that came along with them. Could not recommend them more highly.
