Unique Projects

We contracted Unique Projects for three of our home renovation projects over a three year period. Along with being delighted with the results, we would also like to add, in particular, our "5 Stars" to the excellent project management that Unique provided through Jessica Cymbal. Home renovations obviously can be stressful and as our house is quite old (circa 1948) Unique had their work cut out for them. The millwork and carpentry, the level of effort to ensure we had the best of results came clear as the weeks progressed in to the projects. Every project does have problems, but what was so reassuring is that Jessica, Elliot and Cody were there to find solutions quickly that made the most sense from the budge perspective as well as the final results. We are happy to recommend Unique and would certainly work with them again should there be a future project for us.

I'm an electrical contractor, I've been doing work with Unique Projects for several years and have completed many projects with them over that time. The guys at Unique are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are young and have fresh new ideas, but they also have many years of experience in the construction trade and have a wealth of knowledge between them. I really admire the beautiful work they do, and I appreciate how clean and efficient they are. Even more importantly, I think they're a fun and friendly group of guys that I really enjoy working with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

We completed a full renovation of a 2100 sq ft condominium with Unique Projects as our general contractor. Not only are we thrilled with the outcome but found Unique Projects a pleasure to work with.
