Hello as the owner of a high end interior painting company with 13 years of experience in Whistler British Columbia I’ve worked with a lot of different construction companies. A Peak Ventures Job site is one that my employees ask to be on. Known for their meticulously run job sites that are well lit, safe, clean and always completed to a very high level of perfection It is always a pleasure to work side-by-side with their master carpenters, designers, project managers and everyone else between. I have worked with Peakventures for 8+ years now and Pallapa Painting Ltd wouldn’t be where we are with out the help of owner Dave Girard and Manager Gord Mollet’s continuous support.

We chose to work with Peak Ventures Fine Custom Homes as we had worked with them previously and they were wonderful to deal with. David and his team are professional and were always open to answering any and all questions. They were able to get the work done in a timely matter and worked within our budget. Jessica, the Interior Designer was great and gave us some options which we hadn't thought of, which gave us more storage space and a better design in the kitchen. We have worked with Peak Ventures on four different projects, the first one in 2016 and the most recent project just finished mid-2019. These projects ranged from a small storage room modification, single bedroom remodeling, partial renovation of a rental property, to a major renovation of a 3 bedroom townhouse. Just the fact that we have been repeat customers provides an indication of our satisfaction with the quality of work delivered by the entire Peak Ventures team. All of them are a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, they deliver as promised when it comes to all aspects of the project. The full townhouse renovation finished late 2017 was a major project that took around one year from start to completion. We worked mostly with Gordon for overall project management and Jessica for the design. We were remote while planning and construction was ongoing, but that was never an issue thanks to David, Gordon and Jessica providing ongoing and excellent communication on status, issues and design choices to be made. The quality of work is outstanding and Peak Ventures would ensure that the work was completed with our desired finishes and materials. For example, when we had a request for a specific wood stain and finish, Jessica did not give up and provided as many updates and samples as needed to get things right and in line with our expectation. All without impacting budget and schedule. Overall, the quality of the entire renovation was outstanding and if any issues came up Peak Ventures would take ownership of the problem to get it resolved. "Quality" applies to all aspects of the project, including the work done by their own professionals (Jono did excellent work) as well as the trades they subcontracted. I highly recommend Peak Ventures for any project, regardless of project size. As mentioned, they were as professional for a single day project as they were for a year long project. Project planning is outstanding, setting clear expectations on schedule and providing full transparency on budget. In addition, it is a major advantage that Peak Ventures has their in-house interior design expert (Jessica) with outstanding guidance on aesthetics, functionality and access to the best materials and finishes within the set budget. If you are looking for a contractor to deliver high quality of work, with honesty, reliability, on-time completion and a great team to work with, I highly recommend you to give Peak Ventures a call!

After carefully considering different contractors, we decided to use Peak Ventures for the renovation of our home in Whistler. We definitely feel that we made the right choice as we couldn't be happier with both the experience during the project as well as the final outcome. To start with, Jessica at Peak Ventures came up with a great design that was both pleasant aesthetically and functional. Once the design was completed, Dave and his team worked with us to size the work and make design changes as needed that would meet our budget. The trades were excellent and well organised by (thanks Jono and Paul!). The project came in on budget, with all changes to scope being managed very well. The project finished right on schedule, which we know can be a challenge. All finishings were exceptional. After such a positive experience, we have chosen to continue to work with Peak Ventures on the "Phase II" of our renovation project. Definitely a 5 star experience and we recommend Peak Ventures to anyone looking for any renovation, big or small. We feel that Dave truly cares about his clients and that his values / priorities are being passed down to the entire team at Peak Ventures.

Peak Ventures has done lots of work over the past several years in our Whistler condo. The condo is 30+ years old and was built shoddily, so they have gradually done upgrades for us. They do first-rate work, are reliable and trustworthy, and lovely to deal with.

We had contracted Peak Ventures through False Creek Design group in Vancouver because we had just purchased a condo on the 14 th floor downtown. They were wonderful to work with and very professional.. We actually had to use them twice as we had a flood in the building after we moved in and once again were on time and within budget. A great team!
