The owners of this incredible home wanted a complete renovation of a 3 stories. The main objective was to convert unused crawl space into a mudroom, a new laundry/powder room, and an owners lock off storage & media room.

A unused closet on the main floor was converted into a mini bar with built-in wine fridge. All wall railings were replaced for glass railings allowing natural light to access previously darker confined areas. All existing dark post & beams were refreshed with a light and more contemporary finish. The fireplace stone was replaced with a floor-to-ceiling ledge stone veneer and the 2 way fireplace was replaced with a larger, modern unit.

All millwork & countertops, wood flooring, paint, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, doors, baseboards & trims were replaced. All furniture, window treatments & décor items were also sourced by Peak Ventures.
