This Miami Modern style custom bar replaced an old world dark wood style pub. This updated social gathering spot allows you to sit with your friends, enjoy a cocktail, and appreciate the commissioned art installation on the bar's backsplash wall, enhanced by wall-washed lighting. The italian bar chairs are upholstered in red leather and feature woven cane backs.

We really opened up and reorganized this kitchen to give the clients a more modern update and increased functionality and storage. The backsplash is a main focal point and the color palette is very sleek while being warm and inviting. This expansive Victorian had tremendous historic charm but hadn’t seen a kitchen renovation since the 1950s. The homeowners wanted to take advantage of their views of the backyard and raised the roof and pushed the kitchen into the back of the house, where expansive windows could allow southern light into the kitchen all day. A warm historic gray/beige was chosen for the cabinetry, which was contrasted with character oak cabinetry on the appliance wall and bar in a modern chevron detail. Kitchen remodeling project where the homeowners elected to upgrade their kitchen to a more transitional look by refacing their existing cabinets. They went with a two-tone color look by refacing the island cabinets in a navy bead board panel and shaker doors while the rest of the kitchen was done in a shaker pilot white. We next installed a Quartz Statuary Classique countertop and a White Subway with Pearl Grey Grout backsplash. We also created a beautiful and functional bar area with custom floating shelves and backsplash all the way to the ceiling. To finish the new look we also installed a new farm sink and 1” cove molding.

Contemporary kitchen remodel in Chicago Lincoln Park has clean lines with angular waterfall countertop on the island, flat panel/slab cabinetry with mixed wood finishes.
