This is a wonderful lap pool that has a taste of modern with the clean lines and cement cabana that also has a flair of the rustic with wood beams and a hill country stone bench. This Pump Hill home is truly city living at its finest. From the custom exposed aggregate driveway and walkway, to the backlit stairs up to the front door no detail was overlooked in the construction of this home. The backyard features a custom 12 x 24 pool complete with an outdoor changeroom and shower. Whether the clients choose to lounge by the fireplace or sunbath on the suspended mahogany deck luxury awaits at every point of the yard. The washroom features a spacious composite countertop with large vanity mirror, sink and storage cabinets. Considering the small cabana with change room by the pool, plus this larger one with two change rooms, the backyard has facilities to comfortably entertain two groups of guests at the same time.
