A custom home built in spice bay, on beautiful Siesta Key. This fountain and trough just outside of the living room creates a feeling of a connection from the fountain in the courtyard, under the house to the LED illuminated pool.

This pool deck was a lot of fun (and work) to install. The sidewalks were poured and stamped first, taking extra care to maintain the proper slope and elevation to make the water run away from the pool but also away from the house. The sidewalk is pinned to the patio with rebar dowels in plastic sleeves to allow for horizontal shifting, but no vertical movement. Expansion foam and caulk prevent chipping on these joints. The borders are poured integrally with the pool deck; they are hand stamped and chiseled in. Lots of patience and attention to detail. I am fortunate to have a great crew.

Sun gleams off of the custom designed water feature’s iridescent tile by Oceanside in “Peacock.” Stone veneer by MSI Stone wraps around with crisp, clean corners. Pathway tiles are perfectly positioned alongside the pool and waterfall.

Located adjacent to the pool’s sun shelf, the pool house includes a large covered area with bar, lounge, dining, grilling, and pizza making areas, a ping pong deck, a changing room/laundry space, and a full bathroom. Sliding barn doors on each side allow the interior spaces to be fully open to the outside or enclosed for protection from the elements. The large windowed cupola floods natural light into the interior core of the curved ceiling structure.⁠⁠

The water feature has a 15'6" x 6'0" footprint, and raises 10'0" in the air to provide a beautiful and mellifluous cascase of water. This beautiful new pool was completed in Pompano Beach, one block from the beach. The pool finish is Pebble Sheen Prism Blue which gives off this deep blue water color. The Glass perimeter tile is a blue iridescent 2"x1" tile from Glass Tile Surfaces, also here in Pompano Beach. The Travertine material seen is a mix of walnut and ivory.
