The roof parapet will also conceal a future solar panel array. A very tight “Yeti Cooler Home” envelope was created using blown-in foam insulation which exceeded the energy code requirements. Energy bills will be lower because less gas and less electricity will be needed.

This water fall is complete with a slab cut stone foot bridge. We even installed a LED light under the bridge so the light glows out from the water under the bridge. This pool has a Paramount PCC-2000 in-floor cleaner throughout the pool interior and ledges

The 15’ x 35’ saltwater pool goes to a depth of 9 feet. Natural stone tile around the waterline harmonizes with the flagstone. The pool interior is a pebble finish, with light staining for a little color in the aggregate. It’s more durable than a smooth finish and doesn’t show stains.

This late 70's ranch style home was recently renovated with a clean, modern twist on the ranch style architecture of the existing residence. AquaTerra was hired to create the entire outdoor environment including the new pool and spa.
