Overview: We were commissioned by our clients over at Housekick to create a set of design plans and provide our standard visualization package. The crew over at Housekick builds/renovates and sells over forty houses a year in the Raleigh Triangle area, so having an efficient construction process and the ability to pre-sell their properties is crucial to their business model. Because of our extensive experience with interior design, real estate, and construction projects, they rely on us to come up with complete design plans from start to finish and then use these to build and pre-sell their projects.
Original Conditions: This typical 1970’s choppy split-level house was e “functionally obsolete,” had three bedrooms, two baths, and no real master suite before we got our hands on it.
Changes: Upon completion, the home had four bedrooms, three full baths, a full master suite, and an open floorplan with modern architectural details.
The Result: Because of our design plans and visualizations, our clients were able to create a stunning property that was functionally current, appealed to the correct demographic, and wowed potential buyers resulting in the home selling before it ever hit the market!
Corinthian Fine HomesOur homeowner was desirous of an improved floorplan for her Kitchen/Living Room area, updating the kitchen and converting a 3-season room into a sunroom off the kitchen. With some modifications to existing cabinetry in the kitchen and new countertops, backsplash and plumbing fixtures she has an elegant renewal of the space.
Additionally, we created a circular floor plan by opening the wall that separated the living room from the kitchen allowing for much improved function of the space. We raised the floor in the 3-season room to bring the floor level with the kitchen and dining area creating a sitting area as an extension of the kitchen. New windows and French doors with transoms in the sitting area and living room, not only improved the aesthetic but also improved function and the ability to access the exterior patio of the home. With refinished hardwoods and paint throughout, and an updated staircase with stained treads and painted risers, this home is now beautiful and an entertainer’s dream.

Roselind Wilson DesignThe open-plan kitchen in our Fitzrovia apartment has been carefully designed to maximise space and storage yet also allow for a Gaggenau oven and combi-microwave and wine fridge. There is a water filter system and instant hot water tap for further convenience. The worktop and splash back in a marble effect composite add a fresh burst of white to the scheme. Clever pantry storage accommodates dry foods and the ability to store away larger appliances such as the toaster and blender. There is ample space in the pantry as well as plug sockets, which have also been built into the kitchen island together with USB ports.
