Tim Stone and his team at KSa are exceptional to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, creative and fun to collaborate with. They designed a significant new construction project for us in a remote area outside of Steamboat and were able to help us manage many of the challenges of rural construction. Their CAD work is great and helped us and the team understand every nuance of the design. Tim is a materials guru and encouraged us to use materials that we would have otherwise never considered. KSa is well respected and connected which helped us bring in a talented team of engineers and consultants and a high-quality GC. They are also very skilled at the construction management side of the process. Tim and Jason have a discerning eye and hold the construction team to the highest standards. As with all new builds, challenges arise, and even when it wasn’t an architectural issue, we would lean into the KSa team for problem solving support. The end result is beautiful and will be enjoyed for years to come. They take pride in their work, their quality is outstanding, and we would work with the KSa team again in a heartbeat.

I had the pleaure of working with Tim Stone on our home design and throughout our build, it was a first rate experience. The designs that KSa generates are truly exceptional, we are extremely pleased with the result, and so are the neighbors (in fact the UPS driver even brought his mother by after seeing the house on his regular delivery route). I have built to houses design by Kelly and Stone. I have found there designs to be really well thought out and there customer service to be great.
