Muted facades and electrifying tiles cure each other in the slimline kitchen. Since it was a small apartment, we were tasked with making such spaces as the kitchen appear larger. We absorbed the utility area into the kitchen and maintained a uniform, seamless tiling scheme throughout to visually elongate the space.

Secret Gardens has been developing this stunning harbourside garden over a number of years. A simple layout at water level provides a subtle foreground to the harbour view beyond. Simple, modern plant combinations draw from a simple but consistent colour palette. The main courtyard space is the highlight . A five metre high green wall and water wall provide the backdrop to a large banquet seat. The built in bbq, retractable ceiling, customised firepit and coffee table provide options for year round entertainment. Extensive soundproofing was incorporated into the boundary wall as well as behind the green wall to absorb noise from a neighbouring property.

The stone entrance channel for the rain garden that will let the water from a deluge gently fill the garden with water that will be absorbed by the plants and also be absorbed and percolate into the ground as a water management solution. New kitchen absorbs butlers pantry in order to create a larger kitchen with more storage. Plumbing and appliances were re-assigned to new locations.

This fireplace surround is from The WoodVeneerHub.com. It is a walnut veneer over acoustical backing to absorb sound in this hard surfaced, open space. The 40' x 14' deck uses a wood alternative product called Deckorators. It doesn't absorb moisture, won't splinter, chalk, crack, and is stain and fade resistant. Cable rail doesn't obstruct the view of the lake.

Completely remodeled the inside of the traditional church to make it more modern by closing in the stained glass windows with plaster and paint; revamping the stage to make more room for the musicians; adding sound absorbing panels, new sound equipment, high tech color changing LED lighting and fixtures witch include spot lights, rope lighting along the side wall sconces and large hanging pendants; new carpet in the main area and tile floors in the vestibule/common area were installed and the pews were replaced with comfortable and sound absorbing individual interlocking chairs.
