This Saint-Laurent residence represents a masterclass in luxury landscape architecture and precision craftsmanship. The design centers around a 50-foot custom concrete pool with an infinity edge located inside the home, creating a seamless visual connection between interior and exterior spaces. The pool is surrounded by a fully custom granite terrace, where every stone was individually measured, cut, and installed by Northstone’s in-house team to achieve architectural accuracy and enduring beauty.
Framing the property, 180 feet of custom aluminum planters define the perimeter with structure and scale. Each planter is filled with 7-foot cedars that form a lush, living wall, providing both privacy and tranquility. This combination of architectural detailing, natural greenery, and exacting craftsmanship transforms the residence into a private retreat that feels refined, sculptural, and timeless.
The project’s layered integration of natural stone, granite craftsmanship, and contemporary landscape architecture makes it a showcase of modern outdoor design. Every element was conceived to balance strength and serenity, reflecting Northstone’s signature approach to creating functional and enduring spaces that elevate daily living.

This view shows the long skylight spine running through The Commons, a defining architectural feature sitting just beneath Schulte Roofing’s dual-system installation. The natural light pouring in makes the precision of each waterproofing transition obvious, especially where modified built-up sections meet TPO assemblies. The careful sealing of steel framing, gutters, and light-critical joints aligns with the expectations typically set for large College Station roofing contractor projects, where durability and accuracy cannot slip.

Perfect Lines, clean seams, and flat panel cabinet doors make this upper west side kitchen a modern dream. We really challenged ourselves with impeccable accuracy so all those lines and dimensions flow perfectly from cabinet to cabinet. Hidden into this design is tall cabinet which houses a stackable washer/drier unit. To add to that feel, all appliances were paneled to stay consistent with that sleek look.
Finishing this kitchen perfectly is a waterfall edge island and full height backsplash in a marble look calacatta quartz.

These elevations are the backbone of a seamless renovation process. Here's why they matter:
1. For Trades:
Every inch is accounted for—elevations give electricians, plumbers, tile setters, and millworkers exact placement, height, and alignment details. No guesswork means fewer mistakes, no back-and-forth, and smoother scheduling.
2. For Pricing Accuracy:
Clear elevations eliminate the “it depends” from vendor bids. You get real, fixed quotes instead of vague estimates. Every finish, fixture, and feature is detailed upfront for smarter budgeting and better scope control.
3. For the Client Experience:
It’s hard to envision a design from words or even moodboards alone. These elevations show your space—exactly how it will feel and function. Clients can confidently sign off on layout, storage, lighting, and flow because they can see it.
TL;DR:
Want peace of mind and precision at every phase? This is how we build intelligently.
And don’t worry—you don’t have to know every detail. We got you.

"TaylorPro remodeled our kitchen, replacing cabinets, countertops and appliances. Keeping with the same footprint of our original kitchen and keeping our original travertine floors, Kerry Taylor helped us select a palette of rich, natural colors and materials--mocha-maple glazed cabinets, handsome granite and polished travertine backsplash tiles--to create a warm and beautiful new kitchen. He offered excellent design suggestions for placements of cabinetry and appliances. He recommended and implemented window trim enhancements as well as paint color and lighting design that brought the kitchen and attached family room together with a modern and very warm look. He created a rich, textured backsplash behind the stovetop that enhances the modern stainless steel vent hood. We couldn't be more pleased with the character and design of the kitchen and family room suite.
To begin with, Kerry gave us a detailed estimate covering the likely costs of labor, cabinetry, granite, tile backsplash, construction materials and appliances. His estimate for labor, granite and tile turned out to be ""spot-on"" accurate. Much to our surprise, for example, the granite slabs we selected from Daltile turned out to be exactly the price Kerry had estimated when evaluating the level of materials we would likely install in our kitchen. Kerry kept to his original labor costs, to the penny. Each week, he provided us with an invoice that showed, in percentages, exactly how much labor had been performed that week and how much remained to be done in future weeks. The amounts he charged each week for his labor were exact percentages of the amount of labor his crew had performed to that point. Though these invoices invited us to do a little math to confirm the accuracy of these percentages, Kerry's figures were consistently accurate.
The only categories in which Kerry's original estimate did not conform to the actual costs were in the areas of supplies from Home Depot (needed for the remodeling) and supplies from paint and hardware stores (needed for painting). These materials ended up costing somewhat more that Kerry had estimated. However, Kerry did provide us with receipts for all of these supplies.
Kerry's cabinet man, Jerry, made a very workable design using pre-fabricated cabinets; he then customized the sizes of at least half of these cabinets to conform to the requirements of the center island, cooktop and pantry spaces. We are very happy with the quality of the cabinets. We found the installation expertise of Jerry's installer, Gil, to be top-rate. His installation achieved a custom look and all the cupboards and drawers worked flawlessly.
Kerry's crew, Jake, Randall and Kevin, were great guys to have on site. They respected our property (and our dog) and possessed both skill and integrity. They arrived daily at the time they specified and worked tirelessly to achieve what they set out to do. We couldn't have been happier with their work. Kerry was on site frequently to supervise and coordinate their work and the work of subcontractors.
The project went quickly and efficiently, and the final result was outstanding. We recommend TaylorPro very highly."

In renovating this 40-year-old North Palm Beach home, the goal was to breathe new life into the older, somewhat formal home and turn it into the perfect space for a young family.
The challenge, however, was reimagining the 6,000 square foot residence without creating an imbalance between old and new. To restore the historical accuracy of the Georgian colonial, certain elements such as the scale and detailing of the front gable, as well as window and door proportions, were carefully reworked.
Polished Venetian plaster and mahogany doors were selected as a nod to the grandeur of the Georgian revival aesthetic, while the playful, colorful interiors epitomize the active family who lives there. Located on a beautifully landscaped acre lot in an ocean-front golf course community, the home has been thoughtfully reimagined for today’s modern lifestyle.

For this small cottage near Bush Park in Salem, we redesigned the kitchen, pantry and laundry room configuration to provide more efficient storage and workspace while keeping the integrity and historical accuracy of the home. In the bathroom we improved the skylight in the shower, installed custom glass doors and set the tile in a herringbone pattern to create an expansive feel that continues to reflect the home’s era. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom remodel, we updated the furnace, created a vibrant custom fireplace mantel in the living room, and rebuilt the front steps and porch overhang.

No greater compliment of a material is possible than when stone is selected for a historic property renovation within a home rich in tradition and with a celebrated past. This new feature stair addition to a private residence in Toronto, Canada, has an equally compelling story to tell.
Originally envisioned as a wall-supported, cantilevered stone stair, the owner boldly accepted a unique solution for their showpiece element. The 19-tread stair would be designed with 550 lb. solid stone treads, and fully
liberated from traditional supports and the adjacent rubble wall. To say, “it would float” is not an exaggeration. The stair would be designed as a monolithic beam spanning 16.5 feet, 10 feet high and 41 inches wide. Aesthetically bold, with a reduced tone from
pure black, the basalt stone was the perfect contrast for the white modern interior of the home. The 3-1/2" tension cables played the most important role by resisting the large bending moment generated by the stone load and stair geometry. Fabrication required precise coordination and care to ensure perfect alignment of the interlocking key, and the corresponding cable holes.
The fabrication challenge was achieving the highest level of accuracy in notching, coring, and replicating each tread identically. Expert precision and skill were key to nesting each tread in sequence and simultaneously with the strands. Meticulous alignment and exacting tolerance assured the true performance and aesthetics were delivered. Hydraulic post-tensioning pulled each cable to 120 kiloNewtons or 27,000 lbs, infusing strength and structural integrity. Removing the temporary support and testing was the last critical step—it was the first time the stone stair would be self-supporting.
The “floating” stair is an ultimate achievement and example of innovation, material strength, fabrication quality, installation precision, and expert coordination. A perfect final chapter to a historical journey and modern ode to stone as structure.
