To create a unique kitchen, we take inspiration from the personality of our clients; it’s a collaborative effort to develop the exact look and feel that best suits their lifestyles.
The challenge of this kitchen was to re-build the existing kitchen and adjoining full bath, creating a much better flow with plenty of storage for this active family (as they often entertain seaside).
The two-toned cabinetry in both white and laguna blue reflected a true beach-feel adorned with a terrific choice of starfish and shell shaped hardware to draw attention to this creative and beautifully transformed seaside kitchen.
We remind our clients that in order to be unique, do something unique! And this is nicely demonstrated in both the layout, color scheme and backsplash design details. Our client selected several hand painted decorative ocean creatures for the backsplash, drawing from colors in the room, and this created a truly unique conversation piece!
A glint of sparkle from the white quartz countertops brings you closer to the beach in this impressive oceanfront home.
From flooring to ceiling, we created a picture perfect beautiful beach house kitchen that is not only functional but provides a relaxed and inviting feel for these seaside owners.

The hall from the master bedroom offers options of the ensuite bath or walk in closet and a long buffer from the flurry of activity that children can bring beyond the doorway.

Look beyond the primary colors with this creative use for your baby’s nursery. The black and white theme is eclectic and vibrant, creating visual interest without clash.
Eclectic Builders has placed soft, restful wall coverings against the original brick work – here painted white for the main black and white theme. It is an non-traditional and gender-neutral take on the typical baby’s nursery that normally includes bright colors or variations on pink and blue.
Further, because visual interest is so important for a baby’s development, the high-contrast black and white theme can keep a baby’s mind active even as his eyes develop.

2013 NARI CAPITAL COTY, MERIT AWARD WINNER, RESIDENTIAL EXTERIOR
A family of five living in a Chantilly, Virginia, neighborhood with a lot of improvement going on decided to do a project of their own. An active family, they decided their old deck was ragged, beat up and needed revamping.
After discussing their needs, the design team at Michael Nash Design, Build & Homes developed a plan for a covered porch and a wrap-around upscale deck. Traffic flow and multiple entrances were important, as was a place for the kids to leave their muddy shoes.
A double staircase leading the deck into the large backyard provides a panoramic view of the parkland behind the property. A side staircase lets the kids come into the covered porch and mudroom prior to entering the main house.
The covered porch touts large colonial style columns, a beaded cedar (stained) ceiling, recess lighting, ceiling fans and a large television with outdoor surround sound.
The deck touts synthetic railing and stained grade decking and offers extended living space just outside of the kitchen and family room, as well as a grill space and outdoor patio seating.
This new outdoor facility has become the jewel of their neighborhood and now the family can enjoy their backyard activities more than ever.

The Aerius - Modern American Craftsman on Acreage in Ridgefield Washington by Cascade West Development Inc.
Upon opening the 8ft tall door and entering the foyer an immediate display of light, color and energy is presented to us in the form of 13ft coffered ceilings, abundant natural lighting and an ornate glass chandelier. Beckoning across the hall an entrance to the Great Room is beset by the Master Suite, the Den, a central stairway to the Upper Level and a passageway to the 4-bay Garage and Guest Bedroom with attached bath. Advancement to the Great Room reveals massive, built-in vertical storage, a vast area for all manner of social interactions and a bountiful showcase of the forest scenery that allows the natural splendor of the outside in. The sleek corner-kitchen is composed with elevated countertops. These additional 4in create the perfect fit for our larger-than-life homeowner and make stooping and drooping a distant memory. The comfortable kitchen creates no spatial divide and easily transitions to the sun-drenched dining nook, complete with overhead coffered-beam ceiling. This trifecta of function, form and flow accommodates all shapes and sizes and allows any number of events to be hosted here. On the rare occasion more room is needed, the sliding glass doors can be opened allowing an out-pour of activity. Almost doubling the square-footage and extending the Great Room into the arboreous locale is sure to guarantee long nights out under the stars.

This YMCA Wellness & Sports Complex is a conceptual development designed for a proposed location in Atlanta. The project brings together wellness, recreation, hospitality, and commercial functions into a unified destination focused on community engagement and active living.
The development includes a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities, featuring padel courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, swimming pools, wellness amenities, a medical unit, commercial dining spaces, a hotel, and integrated parking facilities.
Starting from a simple hand-drawn sketch provided by the client, our team developed the architectural layouts, planning strategy, and high-quality visualizations to transform the initial vision into a clear and presentation-ready concept. The renderings were prepared to help communicate the scale, atmosphere, and functionality of the project with precision and realism.

The 400 square foot boathouse and the 800 square foot carriage house are buildings which are intended to frame the main house to be constructed in the future. The project was developed for a couple from out of state that visits Bainbridge Island during the warmer times of the year. The boathouse is used for daytime beach activities and the carriage house accommodates the owner’s short-stay housing needs.
The views of Madison Bay and Indianola beyond are developed through proper plan arrangement and ample use of glass.
