For interest, a marble mosaic floor tile rug was inset into the wood look floor tile. The wall opposite the desk also features lots of countertop space for crafting, as well as additional storage cabinets. File drawers and organization for wrapping paper and gift bags round out this functional home office.

The Homeowner’s goal for this garage was to keep it simple, balanced and totally organized. The cabinets are finished in Hammered Silver Melamine and have decorative Stainless Steel Bar Pulls. The large cabinet unit has storage for 2 golf bags and other paraphernalia for the sport. All exposed edges of doors and drawers are finished in black to compliment the Black Linex counter top and adjustable matte aluminum legs with black trim accent. Gray slatwall was added above the counter to hold paper towels, baskets and a magnetic tool bar for functional appearance and use. A Creve Coeur, MO finished basement with a gift wrapping room has an impressive floor-to-ceiling hutch cabinet that holds gift wrapping supplies is custom-designed and built by Mosby to fit exact crafting needs. It starts with Wellborn Madison maple cabinets with a white finish, and Cal Crystal Olde World Collection cabinet pulls. This Brookfield Kitchen Remodel was initiated by the Owners desire to update her dated 1990's oak kitchen with a fresh new look. The once, u-shaped kitchen, was redesigned with a large island with granite countertop. A mix of white and dark stained custom cabinets brightened the space and gave personality to chef space. Quartz countertops on the perimeter coordinates with the grey glass subway backsplash. Glass Uppers finish the cabinetry off, providing a space for the Owner to display fun dish-ware. Additional customization is found in the message center with mail slots, charging station, cork board and dry erase boards.

Designer details abound in this custom 2-story home with craftsman style exterior complete with fiber cement siding, attractive stone veneer, and a welcoming front porch.
