Our doors have several superior features:
- Metal-plastic doors – lighter than iron and steel doors, but no less strong and reliable! Scratch and impact resistance, easy of care and environmentally friendly
- In principle, we use only all-welded reinforcement, 1/10" thick (!) for the entrance doors. Such reinforcement is a necessary condition for real burglary resistance.
- We use an aluminum threshold with a special thermal insert that cuts off the cold from the room. We also complete with an amplifier to securely fix the bottom of the door and cut off the cold.
- HPL sandwich panel, consists of foamed extruded Styrofoam, with rigid PVC overlays high pressure on both sides.
- Energy savings double-glazed safety windows.
- Quality insulation serves to reduce unwanted external noise, as well as protect against extreme heat, and severe cold.

The Hannah Fay House is a fine example of Italianate architecture. Built in 1860, it is located next to historic Phillips Academy in Andover MA and in the past it served as a home to the academy’s administrators. When the homeowners purchased the house, their goal was to restore its original formality and enhance the finish work throughout the first floor. The project included a kitchen remodel. The end result is an exquisite blending of historical details with modern amenities. The Kitchen was remodeled into an elegant, airy space: Two windows were added on either side of cooking area to bring in light and views of backyard. Hand painted custom cabinetry from Jewett Farms features decorative furniture feet. Wood paneled raised ceiling with drop soffit gives new depth and warmth to the room. Cosmic Black granite replaced the outdated Formica countertops. Custom designed Backsplash tile consists of a traditional 3 x 6 subway tile with custom selected square mosaics which tie the dark counters in with the white cabinets. Coppery accents within the mosaics reflect the copper range hood and beautiful wood floors. Hand-hammered copper range hood. Commercial grade appliances. Glass display cabinets with interior lighting. The flooring throughout the first floor is antique reclaimed oak.

No less than a return to the great manor home of yesteryear, this grand residence in Gladwyne, PA is steeped in elegance and luxury. Yet the tuxedo formality of the main façade and foyer gives way to astonishingly open and casually livable gathering areas surrounding the pools and embracing the rear yard on one of the region's most sought after streets. At over 18,000 finished square feet it is a mansion indeed, and yet while providing for exceptionally well appointed entertaining areas, it accommodates the owner's young family in a comfortable setting.

Hired by the owners to provide interior design services for a complete remodel of a mid-century home in Berkeley Hills, California this family of four’s wishes were to create a home that was inviting, playful, comfortable and modern. Slated with a quirky floor plan that needed a rational design solution we worked extensively with the homeowners to provide interior selections for all finishes, cabinet designs, redesign of the fireplace and custom media cabinet, headboard and platform bed. Hues of walnut, white, gray, blues and citrine yellow were selected to bring an overall inviting and playful modern palette. Regan Baker Design was responsible for construction documents and assited with construction administration to help ensure the designs were well executed. Styling and new furniture was paired to compliment a few existing key pieces, including a commissioned piece of art, side board, dining table, console desk, and of course the breathtaking view of San Francisco's Bay.

Hill Creek is a sophisticated Southern Estate property located on a quiet cove of Lake Tyler. We were commissioned to develop design solutions that would maximize usable space while considering challenging topography. Early in the project, we worked closely with the builder to set the finished floor elevation of the house and remedy drainage problems throughout the construction process. The primary concern for the client early on was how to deal with the transitional zones above and below the house. We had a 40’ grade differential from the front of the house to the lake and we needed to minimize the impact step transitions and retaining walls would have on the aesthetic. The final product was the successful result of an intense collaborative process that often felt more like a game of tug-o-war. Once the front Parking Court retaining walls were laid out and built, We could move on to designing the back pool terrace and tackle the second grade transition from the lakeside Pool deck to the water. There are so many small details that can get overlooked or lost on a project of this scope. The overall charm and beauty achieved here is testimony to the value of positive and often relentless collaboration between Owner, Landscape Architect, Builder and Architect.
