This minimalist staircase embodies the open floor plan aesthetic of modern design. The thick maple treads echo the warm wood tones found throughout the home's floors and ceilings, while striking a contrast against crisp white walls. The open risers amplify the sense of airiness, allowing light and sightlines to flow freely through the space. Matching hardwood handrails and hand-forged steel supports complete the composition. Every detail is intentional, every element essential.

This high-rise condominium at The Mayfair longed for the renewal conceptualized in its 3 bathrooms. Each was a complete renovation, adding relevant aesthetic updates and much-needed functionality and storage. We capitalized on the immense amount of natural light in the primary bath and we amplified it throughout the space by opening up walls to the shower, lining the vanity with full-sized, built-in vanity mirrors, and distributing electrified lighting throughout. Custom cabinetry was designed to capture every inch of usable perimeter space and incorporate the elevated tub platform. The guest bath emulates a classic, luxury hotel feel infused with color, a great tile pattern on the focal shower wall, a furniture-style vanity, and a fun floor design. The powder bath is dark and moody with textural wallpaper and an espresso-colored porcelain floor tile emulating marble. All of the appointments throughout exude the luxury look and feel the client desired, are maintenance friendly and will stand the test of time.

Set in the rolling hills of Calistoga, this Winery Estate is a quiet escape that balances hospitality with intimacy. Interiors layer warmth and texture—from pendant-lit kitchen spaces to a lounge where mirrors and soft fixtures amplify vineyard views. The dining room offers subtle drama with a sculptural chandelier and layered tablescape, while upstairs bedrooms provide serene, understated accommodations. Outdoors, a shaded pergola and inviting pavilion extend living into the landscape, blending reflection with connection. Even the wine cave entrance is quietly expressive, a nook where contemplation meets conviviality. Layered, calm, and purposefully personal, the estate feels modern yet timeless, welcoming without revealing too much.

This kitchen needed to reflect the blue-and-bronze theme already weaved throughout the residence. Every inch of the space also needed to be optimized for heavy use.
To meet the client's requests, the MandiCasa New York design team used MandiCasa's Yota cabinets in Polvere matte lacquer, which proved to be a perfect match for the blue used throughout the home. Tall units using MandiCasa's Rho cabinets in Noce Caramel frame the composition, adding contrast and warmth to the design.
Three different styles of handles - all with a bronze finish - were used based on cabinet type and function. Countertops and backsplash in Light Leathered Quartzite make the blue and bronze elements pop even more.
On the island, the right column masks the pipe stacks and serves as an appliances garage. The left column was added for visual balance and is sheetrocked to display art. Even with the space taken up by the columns, the island manages to provide ample functionality. This includes a seating area, a large counter surface, the sink block, and storage cabinets and drawers of different sizes wrapped around its perimeter.
To the side of the kitchen, the wall was personalized with custom wallpaper in the same color scheme. It is an artistic element that ties the whole design together, connecting the kitchen with the rest of the home. On the same wall, a curved mirror finds its perfect place to reflect the kitchen, amplifying the perception of the space and the chromatic echoes that reverberate throughout the room.

This kitchen overhaul created a bright functional space for the family to gather, prepare and share meals. Crisp white finishes amplify the abundant natural light, while walnut and brass accents lend depth, texture and a subtle glisten. A similar palette is pulled through to the powder bathroom with the addition of a watery blue backsplash and geometric floor tiles. In keeping with the rest of the home, the girls’ bath is also clean and bright. To echo the spirit of the two young sisters that share the space we incorporated a few playful, feminine elements.

So proud of our team for coming together and installing another amazing backyard paradise. The outdoor living area features everything from fire to water and includes multiple travertine patio areas, flagstone and travertine walkways, stone steps, pondless waterfall, landscape lighting, outdoor audio, fire pit, and landscaping. The dream backyard project included the installation of various hardscape items including travertine patio, Seating walls, Steps, and walkways. The patio material is silver travertine laid in French pattern. The patio area is approximately 1,012 sq ft with antiqued finish and natural edge. All walls and steps are constructed using natural stone Semco ‘Cedar Ridge’ sawn wall stone. Caps and stair treads are constructed of natural stone ‘Chateau Limestone’ 2″ thick and 14″ deep, thermal top and rock faced edges. Cap stone for grill wall is 18″ wide polished and sealed top. Under grill area the patio is outdoor ‘wood look’ porcelain tile. A Semco ‘Cedar Ridge’ 57″ Fire Pit with Large Zentro ‘Smokeless’ insert is installed on the lower patio area. Plant variety and size specifications were all chosen by our amazing designer Wes. The landscaping portion of this project also included the grading, lawn repair, and seeding of all the areas damaged and disturbed during construction.
Pondless Waterfall
A 15′ pondless waterfall was installed into the new landscape to the side of the lower patio for maximum viewing. The waterfall features approximately 15 foot of stream with multiple waterfalls. Two side by side spillways merge into a wide stream with a small waterfall before turning and going into the final falls at the basin area. The Waterfall is outfitted with low voltage LED underwater landscape lighting throughout.
Outdoor Sound
The Outdoor Sound System installed was a TRU Audio 4 speaker system and 12″ outdoor hardscape subwoofer. This system also includes the amplifier which is located in the home owners basement as well as Apple Airport Express and Blue Tooth Connection.

This contemporary home features two striking staircases with integrated LED lighting, glass railing, and thick wood treads. The color-changing LEDs shift from red to blue to yellow, transforming the staircases into dynamic focal points throughout the day. Wood treads and handrails are paired with frameless glass balustrades secured by black pins. Open risers amplify the LED lighting effect while maximizing transparency.
The first-level staircase uses cantilevered and field-supported construction, while the second rises on dual metal stringers. Glass railing continues on the second-floor balcony, creating a cohesive system where light and glass elevate the design beyond the purely functional.

This magnificent digital artwork, titled "Equine Exodus," plunges the viewer into the heart of a powerful and untamed scene, capturing the raw energy of horses in full gallop with astonishing photorealism. The close-up perspective focuses intensely on the powerful forelegs and hooves of multiple horses as they surge forward, kicking up plumes of earthy dust. Every detail is rendered with meticulous precision: the taut muscles rippling beneath their coats, the subtle textures of their manes caught in motion, and the very dirt and grit being propelled into the air. The lead horse, a rich bay, dominates the foreground, its powerful form conveying immense speed and freedom. Behind it, the blurred forms of other horses hint at the larger herd, amplifying the sense of dynamic movement and vast open spaces. The warm, sun-drenched palette of browns, ochres, and golden dust evokes the arid beauty of a rugged landscape, deeply embedding the artwork in a rustic and Southwestern aesthetic. "Equine Exodus" is more than just an image; it's an immersive experience of power, grace, and wild spirit.

A room that feels both fashionable and welcoming is created by the furniture's clean lines and colorful accents. The luxurious velvet armchair looks like a very cozy place to curl up with a nice book.
The neutral color palette of the walls and furniture, along with the lack of clutter, contributes to a feeling of peace and tranquility. This sense of calm might be amplified by the presence of the plant, which can have a biophilic effect, promoting feelings of relaxation and well-being.
The abstract painting adds a touch of whimsy and personality to the space. It suggests that the inhabitants of this living room aren't afraid to express themselves and might have a creative side.
Overall, the feeling of the living room seems like a balance between modern design and a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
