This condo is located in Williams Island Aventura, Florida. It features a complex integration with a four link music distribution system. Stereo in the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Patio; and Dolby pro & DTS 5.1 Surround Sound in the Living Room. Using a swivel free standing TV from Bang & Olufsen the BeoVision 5 TV has a "1080p Broadcast grade Plasma display", built in BeoSystem 1 scaler and decoder, built in BeoLab 4000 as center channel. BeoSound 9000 as an Audio Source, a wall mounted iMac as media server source in the kitchen bar, Bang & Olufsen BeoLab 1, and Martin Logan speakers, this home theater has a great sound reproduction and a clean modern look. Timeless and transitional, this mudroom-kitchen addition was designed for maximum functionality and beauty. Every inch of this new space brings a luxurious feel with the promise of durability for everyday life. A brand new kitchen with full overlay cabinets and an accent blue island amplifies storage and drop zone areas. Herringbone backsplash with gold hardware and deep sapele wood floating shelves decorate the space with simple, yet endearing designs. Placed in view of the kitchen, the bar has a mirror backsplash with blue cabinets to tie into the kitchen island. With two efficient and separate spaces, the laundry room creates a perfect work zone with black fixtures and the mudroom keeps everything tucked away in style. A brand new powder room with fun blue-patterned tile to bring an element of play into the first floor.

The project began with audio/visual and Internet work. We installed four high-end Samsung large-screen 4K TVs throughout the condo, hung on four Peerless ultra-slim full-motion mounts with no exposed cables and all equipment hidden from view. We then added two Niels infrared signal extenders to allow control of the hidden A/V equipment from most areas of the condo, and two Sonos amplifiers to ensure high-quality audio throughout. And for uninterrupted, high-speed Internet connectivity for all devices throughout the home, we installed Apple Airport Extreme WiFi access points with 802.11ac support.

The slab we picked was a statement piece and we made sure to use it for the backslash and waterfall it down the bar peninsula. We preserved the same footprint in this kitchen, changed out the pony wall for a bar-high peninsula, upgraded the appliances and painted the whole space Dover White. A double decker remodel in the heart of Cambridge. Featuring cedar decking, painted mahogany railings, and an extensive set of stairs. This project was specially permitted because the house was built in the late 1800s and is zoned as a non conforming lot. There were a few extra regulatory hoops to jump through but the effort was worth it. This project really transformed the outdoor space for the whole house!
