This 10’ x 7’ floor cloth was made using a heavy-weight cotton canvas. Each floor cloth is stitch-hemmed and primed prior to the application of the design. Once the pattern is complete, 3 coats of a clear, marine, industrial finish are applied which provides a highly-durable surface. This Pearwood and black checkered pattern was highlighted with dark red floral motifs and a red border stripe. The floor cloth was designed to fit under a dining room table and chairs. The dark and heavy walnut paneling of this traditional living room is lightened by the application of a beautiful Clarence House floral linen print on two club chairs. Marble kitchen counter top polishing and sealant application after photo. We were able to polish this counter top, removing the heavy etching and scratches in the marble. We then sealed the marble with a solvent based penetrating sealant to help protect it for many years to come.

The original porch was constructed with heavy wood columns and bulky wood handrails made from 2"x6" and bigger lumber. It was a dark gray color. We removed the wood and replaced it with the cable rail system and with aluminum materials. We installed 3 Phantom Executive motorized screens to provide bug and sun protection when needed. When not down the view from this beautiful lake home is unimpeded.

In this more formal Living Room/Music Room we highlighted the custom fireplace mantle with contemporary art. The touches of black in the Oushak area rug, art work and floral chair fabric tie the room together while keeping it neutral and timeless. The moldings around the room and onto the ceiling convey an opulent feel without being overwhelming

Above the his and her vanity, we mounted framed mirrors topped with crown molding. Three light sconces illuminate each sink area, to provide ample light for the homeowner's daily ablutions. We used white spring granite for the counter, as well as the back splash.
