The SolaTrim Pest Abatement Barrier is an all-weather, long lasting Pest and Debris abatement system designed to prevent Pigeons and Squirrels from nesting under or damaging residential solar system arrays. SolaTrim effectively blocks these destructive pests from getting under solar systems while allowing for air to circulate underneath the solar panels, maintaining a protected area between the roof surface and the bottom of the solar panels.
Modern Adhesive Technology now allows for permanent bonding without the use of rivets, screws or other mechanical fasteners. SolaTrim applied this remarkable “peel and stick” feature to the barrier panels, making it possible to attain “life of the system” protection with a single, simple installation process.

We built this beautifull shower from scratch, starting with installing the subfloor, hanging drywall, and setting the Schluter-Kerdi shower pan. We then applied the Schluter Kerdi waterproofing membrane to the walls, which can be installed directly over drywall, overlapping seams and corners to ensure a watertight seal. Finally, we completed tiling the shower, and the homeowners are very pleased with the outcome.

The restaurant’s windows are subtly branded with custom decals in frosted vinyl, offering a sophisticated touch that complements the industrial aesthetic. Applied directly to the glass, the translucent design allows natural light to flood the interior while still providing a layer of visual interest and privacy. The soft, matte finish of the frosted vinyl catches the light just enough to highlight the restaurant’s logo and identity without overwhelming the clean lines of the architecture. It’s a thoughtful detail that enhances the branding while preserving the airy, open feel of the space.

Our discerning client wanted to completely renovate their Kosher Kitchen in the heart of Great Neck Village but at the same time retain the exact foot print as their old kitchen and also to keep all the entry points in to this space. After applying and successfully gaining the approval of the Building Dept. We embarked on the design process in which we turn to our Kitchen Distributors A-Direct for design guidance. As always Ted was a great asset and our client were very excited to finalize their new layout and to begin the construction. As part of our HOMEREDI kitchen Renovation service offering we extended a discounted contractor pricing for the purchase of all of the ingredients used in this recipe including the cost of cabinets, counter-tops and appliances. The team work with A-Direct worked very seamlessly and hence we were able to deliver our clients kitchen renovation in record time.
