Dramatic framework forms a matrix focal point over this North Scottsdale home's back patio and negative edge pool, underlining the architect's trademark use of symmetry to draw the eye through the house and out to the stunning views of the Valley beyond. This almost 9000 SF hillside hideaway is an effortless blend of Old World charm with contemporary style and amenities. Organic colors and rustic finishes connect the space with its desert surroundings. Large glass walls topped with clerestory windows that retract into the walls open the main living space to the outdoors.

The Primary Suite bathroom features a built-in vanity set within an arched nook, surrounded by custom wainscoting and molding & millwork. The custom vanity, crafted from deep charcoal wood cabinetry, includes marble countertops and an undermount sink with a polished faucet. X-mullion cabinets provide elegant storage, while marble floors and circular mosaic floor tile add texture underfoot. The marble shower surround is framed by arched walkways and detailed arches. A drum shade chandelier serves as the centerpiece, paired with pendant lighting, sconces, recessed lighting, and layered ambient lighting to enhance this bathroom’s atmosphere.

The primary bath suite is as luxurious as it gets. Two sculpted marble arches lead to side-by-side sauna and shower. The custom sauna is lined with soft cedar wood, with two benches for max comfort. The shower boasts a rain shower head integrated flush with the ceiling tile and an Iznik mural imported from Turkey. The custom vanity was fabricated from white oak and has a thin Shaker door detail. The marble from the shower and sauna arches continues over to form the backsplash and countertop, including the trough sink, shaped from the same stone. The ensuite bath includes a moody, wallpapered WC featuring cheetahs and a green, wall-mounted concrete sink. The WC is across from the small walk-in closet with custom cabinetry painted orange and a wall of jewelry storage.

This Altadena home is the perfect example of modern farmhouse flair. Bathroom - transitional bathroom idea in Nashville

This bath, mainly used by the family's young children so we used a kid-friendly, single-lever faucet, and laminated a slight lip to the perimeter of the Silestone countertop to contain water spills. A tip-out laundry hamper sits behind the left vanity door. The large, custom made, framed mirror sits low enough for kids to use and bounces light around the compact room. This Condo was in sad shape. The clients bought and knew it was going to need a over hall. We opened the kitchen to the living, dining, and lanai. Removed doors that were not needed in the hall to give the space a more open feeling as you move though the condo. The bathroom were gutted and re - invented to storage galore. All the while keeping in the coastal style the clients desired. Navy was the accent color we used throughout the condo. This new look is the clients to a tee.
