We were absolutely thrilled with our flooring from Greatmats! We attended the International Home+Housewares trade show in Chicago. Our booth was made to look like a kitchen. The wood grain flooring tiles that we purchased from Greatmats were easy to install, priced just right and made our booth look amazing! Many people commented on how great the floor looked! It was very comfortable on our feet because were were standing for 4 days on it. We will definitely purchase flooring from Greatmats again for our next trade show.- Sarah- Lehi, UT

We recently completed a large master bathroom renovation designed and build by NY Home & Beyond's team that embodies contemporary elegance and clarity. This project showcases the perfect fusion of modern aesthetics and functional design, highlighted by the installation of a luxurious jacuzzi and a spacious walk-in shower. The floor and wall porcelain tiles, meticulously selected, create a refined and timeless backdrop.
The transformation of this space is a testament to our commitment to excellence in craftsmanship. From the custom-built jacuzzi nook to the precisely placed tiles in the walk-in shower, every element has been meticulously attended to. The result is a master bathroom that radiates a sense of pure comfort, sophistication, and clarity. Our clients now have an everyday haven that exudes an aura of modern luxury and offers a serene escape for years to come."

First impressions matter, and staging your listing is the best way to make a good one.
Whether buyers are looking at listing photos online or attending an open house, staging can make a big difference in how a house is perceived. And when you work with Curbio, you stage now, pay when you sell, because paying upfront for staging is the last thing you should be worrying about.
We are the pre-sale experts. From refreshes to remodels, digital open houses to agent resources, prepping homes for market is our specialty. 97% of agents agree that staged listings make a better first impression, but 23% have paid out of pocket to stage a listing.

We choose to highlight this project because even though it is a more traditional design style its light neutral color palette represents the beach lifestyle of the south bay. Our relationship with this family started when they attended one of our complimentary educational seminars to learn more about the design / build approach to remodeling. They had been working with an architect and were having trouble getting their vision to translate to the plans. They were looking to add on to their south Redondo home in a manner that would allow for seamless transition between their indoor and outdoor space. Design / Build ended up to be the perfect solution to their remodeling need.
Like many in the South Bay, the kitchen is the heart of the home to this family. The homeowners wanted a space that was elegant, warm and clean – an accurate representation of their tastes and style; a place to host Sunday barbecues. The island countertop is natural quartz called Corteccia Leather Slab. A lively cream and blue green quartzite with striking linear striation, Corteccia slabs from Brazil have a special leather finish. Similar to honing, leathering a stone closes the pores, making it much less susceptible to staining and allowing for better performance. The leathered finish presents a unique texture while retaining the stone’s natural color. Since the island was such a rock star we were challenged to find its perfect understated compliment for the perimeter countertops. We selected a polished slab of Madre Perla; a classic natural quartzite. Not only are the colors complimentary but the leather and polished textures play off each other nicely. The rest of the kitchen design fell into place from there.

In the summer of 2012 we embarked on a remodel of our 1912 Craftsman. We wanted to redo the kitchen and the upper floor which contained the master bedroom, bathroom, guest room and office. We interviewed approximately 5 other architects prior to finding Mark. We knew right away he was the right person for the job. He was patient, thorough and we could tell he truly loved our home and wanted to work with us to make it even better. His vast experience showed through during the interview process which validated his portfolio.
Mark truly became a trusted advisor who would guide us through this remodel process from beginning to end. His planning was precise and he came by many times to re-measure to get every detail accounted for. He was patient and helpful as we made decisions and then changed our minds! He was with us every week of the 10 weeks of the remodel. He attended each weekly meeting with the General Contractor and was at the house numerous other times guiding and really looking out for our best interests. I came to trust him enough to ask his opinion on almost everything from layout to colors and decorating tips! He consistently threw out ideas....many of which we took.
Additionally Mark was a tremendous help in referring us to contractors, designers, and retailers to help us along the way. I am ecstatic over the results of the remodel. The kitchen and bath are truly beautiful and full of modern conveniences while maintaining the integrity of the 1912 structure. We were right about our decision to hire Mark and we wholehearted recommend him as an outstanding architect, and more!!

This is the result of a 2 year consulting project for an architect that is new to real estate investing. He approached me in 2016 wanting me to find him a lot on which to build a spec home. I procured 2 separate half acre build sites for his project. The design consulting process started immediately after. Several design reviews took place over the course of 6 weeks. Once the plans were finalized, construction began. The house was built in 13 months. I listed the home in September 2018. The property launch consisted of professional photography, video, professional marketing materials, an interview with the architect, Doug Guiling aired on ModCiti TV. I hosted a broker tour and public Open House, both of which were well attended. The project received rave reviews from all visitors. Most were complimentary of the unique finishes, perfectly proportioned spaces, and the incredible way that the architect incorporated views of nature from nearly every room. I sold the house in 36 days for $3.1M.
