The client was referred to us by the builder to build a vacation home where the family mobile home used to be. Together, we visited Key Largo and once there we understood that the most important thing was to incorporate nature and the sea inside the house. A meeting with the architect took place after and we made a few suggestions that it was taking into consideration as to change the fixed balcony doors by accordion doors or better known as NANA Walls, this detail would bring the ocean inside from the very first moment you walk into the house as if you were traveling in a cruise. A client's request from the very first day was to have two televisions in the main room, at first I did hesitate about it but then I understood perfectly the purpose and we were fascinated with the final results, it is really impressive!!! and he does not miss any football games, while their children can choose their favorite programs or games. An easy solution to modern times for families to share various interest and time together. Our purpose from the very first day was to design a more sophisticate style Florida Keys home with a happy vibe for the entire family to enjoy vacationing at a place that had so many good memories for our client and the future generation. Inspiration for a shabby-chic style bedroom remodel in New York

This 2nd floor was designed for a nurse or attendant to have a working/resting space. The couch can pull out and there is a bathroom to the left of the spiral staircase.

Prolific Designs 3 HAD A PLEASURE OF PUTTING TOGETHER A LOVELY FALL TABLE SET-UP & OPULENT TREATS AS THANK YOU GIFTS FOR LADIES & GENTS WHO ATTENDED THE BEING JOYFULLY YOU - UNSPOKEN WORD EVENT. THE TABLE WAS THERE TO THANK EVERYONE, BE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED, AND ALSO LETTING EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE ARE BLESSED TO BE ABLE TO SERVE THEM. FLOWERS: ROSES, SUNFLOWERS, & EUCALYPTUS WERE USED FOR THIS SETTING.

We choose to highlight this project because even though it is a more traditional design style its light neutral color palette represents the beach lifestyle of the south bay. Our relationship with this family started when they attended one of our complimentary educational seminars to learn more about the design / build approach to remodeling. They had been working with an architect and were having trouble getting their vision to translate to the plans. They were looking to add on to their south Redondo home in a manner that would allow for seamless transition between their indoor and outdoor space. Design / Build ended up to be the perfect solution to their remodeling need. As the project started coming together and our clients were able to visualize their dream, they trusted us to add the adjacent bathroom remodel as a finishing touch. In keeping with our light and warm palette we selected ocean blue travertine for the floor and installed a complimentary tile wainscot. The tile wainscot is comprised of hand-made ceramic crackle tile accented with Lunada Bay Selenium Silk blend glass mosaic tile. However the piéce de résistance is the frameless shower enclosure with a wave cut top.
