Unique flat-panel door, integrated and paneled high-end appliances, quartz counters, lacquered and wood veneer finishes, are just a few attributes of this stunning kitchen. Rock outcroppings make a striking background for new lounge areas in this compact Los Angeles hillside garden. Working with the attributes of the site, we added native plants to drape over the stone, and converted hollowed stone planters into a firepit and water feature. The floor and beams are Goodwin’s LEGACY (building reclaimed) CHARACTER & NAILY grades in a 4/6/8 mix (3-1/4”, 5-1-/4”, 7”). Attributes include nail holes and nail staining, more frequent and larger knots, and some face checks that help tell the story of the industrial era wood.

When it was time to update their small and poorly functional master bath, these homeowners approached Renovisions for help. The small 5’x8’ size constraints was a challenge but ‘Team Renovisions’ was up for the task and came up with a beautiful creative use of space which incorporates a spacious walk-in shower, a curved furniture-styled vanity with porcelain lavatory top, a sleek and energy efficient luxury performance toilet, with faucet and shower fixtures in chrome finish. Safety is a must for our projects and this decorative grab bar that matches the towel holder accessories is evidence of that as it provides both functional and aesthetic attributes. 18”x18” porcelain tiles in a brown marble pattern was a great choice as these over-sized tiles increased the feeling of the room while the rich cherry finish of the vanity complimented the brown veining of the tile nicely. This newly remodeled master bath is clearly an example of making the most out of a small space. Beauty, functionality and style – it has it all!

The front room in my little bungalow. This beautiful Iconic bent plywood lounge chair by Ib Kofod Larsen, is designed to makes a wood chair comfortable. This chair can be disassembled using cleverly designed metal slots, it is in excellent vintage condition. In the corner is a teak planter with drawers. The design of this piece has been variously attributed to Arne Wahl Iversen and Arne Vodder. It is made of solid teak and teak veneer with original galvanized insert. We love to incorporate plants into our rooms, we take them outside in the summertime.

Grayson's modern facade is attributed to the striking contrast of glossy white and grainy wood combined with round curvatures and sharp industrial lines. As if arriving from the future, the sustainably crafted and sturdy materials are destined to last for years to come. Easy open-and-close drawers are matched with sleek aluminum handles. The indented top is a good place for extra storage without the worry of items falling off.

The Prairie View project completely transformed the back outdoor living space and enhanced the curb appeal in the front of the property. A beautifully crafted deck now features a fire pit and also heating and cooling attributes to allow this space to be enjoyed year-round, along with the assistance of a roof addition. The under-decking system protects the patio below from moisture, making it the ideal location to cook even during inclement weather. The meticulously crafted walkway, illuminated retaining walls, and entryway were the perfect finishes to tie this transformation together.
