This project involved a complete top to bottom remodel of the main house, and finishing a basement to be used as an ADU. The interior of the home received new windows, doors, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, paint, and trim in every room of the house. In addition, the following spaces had extra features we installed. The kitchen features new appliances and hood. The living family room had a new fireplace and mantle built in. All bathrooms received custom tile work in showers, new tubs and toilets. All bedrooms received custom built in closets.

The distinct spaces can be seen from this overhead view. The dining area is separated from the social space by three large containers on one side and from the fire pit by a low profile planting bed on the other side. Inspiration for a country white two-story wood gable roof remodel in Denver with a metal roof

This space is perfect for entertaining! When the owners originally moved in, this deck was not here. There were several steps down from the kitchen door, and the stone slabs were a toe-stubbing minefield. We added the deck and designed it perfectly for entertaining. Since we had several large pine trees removed from the property, we increased sun exposure creating a need for more shade. We had this awning custom made by PJ Canvas in Santa Rosa, CA. The awning tucks neatly under the roof of the house during the rainy months.
