The need for a kitchen better suited to entertaining was the driving force behind the start of this great kitchen remodel. The original kitchen and adjacent living area were redesigned to encompass a new larger kitchen with semiformal eating area along with a wet bar and great cozy sitting room. The clients Christine and Steve along with the interior designer Sharon Ryan made great choices in products and finishes to give these new spaces a fresh new look that blended seamlessly with the rest of the home. The kitchen designer John Noland used Fieldstone Cabinetry in the LaGrange door style ( Beaded inset ). The perimeter kitchen cabinetry is finished in Dove paint with a latte glaze complimented by the island and bar cabinetry in Cherry wood with Hazelnut Stain. The expansive new kitchen countertops are Taj Mahal Quartzite with a sleek apron front sink from Kohler. The bar top granite is Peacock with a stainless steel undermount bar sink. Everything from new random width hardwood flooring, window replacement, cabinetry and finishes were done by CCKAB’s lead contractor Don Pitt and assistant Dan. Everyone involved in this great kitchen project did an awesome job and what a result.

The addition we designed for this indoor therapy pool blends seamlessly with the existing traditional home. The heated floors and 102 degree water therapy pool make for welcome retreat all year round, even in Vermont winters. The addition was constructed with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) for maximum R-value and minimum air penetration in order to maintain 90 degree air temperature year round.

This white kitchen has a timeless design, featuring maple cabinetry with beadboard doors. A curved prep area and island seating allow casual conversation while the cook does their thing. The white range hood blends seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen, while the glass cabinet doors, roman spindle legs by the sink, open shelving and crown molding add a polished but uncluttered touch.

"Elegant stainless steel trellises accentuate the midcentury modern design, blending seamlessly with lush landscaping in this beautifully renovated home in Bunker Hill Village, Houston."

This 1930’s gem did not have a functional, beautiful kitchen. In fact, many cabinets barely opened, and some appliances didn’t even work.
The top priority was to replace the cabinetry, appliances, and finishes in the main kitchen and butler’s pantry for better functionality. The original footprint was kept mostly intact, with only minor adjustments to improve flow, connectivity, and layout. Custom cabinetry was designed to enhance storage, and a suite of high-performance appliances was installed. Finishes like a herringbone tile floor and soapstone countertops were chosen for longevity and durability.
The secondary goal was to match the beauty of the rest of the home, with traditional elements, symmetry, and warmth. Details like fluting on the range hood and a unique corbel shape mirror original moldings. Stained oak accents were color-matched to the home’s existing woodwork. White oak cabinet interiors and custom inserts create a furniture-like feel.
The finished design blends seamlessly into the historic home, and also enhances functionality for day-to-day living, hosting, and gathering.

After remodeling and living in a 1920s Colonial for years, creative consultant and editor Michelle Adams set out on a new project: the complete renovation of a new mid-century modern home. Though big on character and open space, the house needed work—especially in terms of functional storage in the master bedroom. Wanting a solution that neatly organized and hid everything from sight while staying true to the home’s aesthetic, Michelle called California Closets Michigan to create a custom design that achieved the style and functionality she desired.
Michelle started the process by sharing an inspiration photo with design consultant Janice Fisher, which highlighted her vision for long, clean lines and feature lighting. Janice translated this desire into a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling custom unit that stored Michelle’s wardrobe to a T. Multiple hanging sections of varying heights corral dresses, skirts, shirts, and pants, while pull-out shoe shelves keep her collection protected and accessible. In the center, drawers provide concealed storage, and shelves above offer a chic display space. Custom lighting throughout spotlights her entire wardrobe.
A streamlined storage solution that blends seamlessly with her home’s mid-century style. Plus, push-to-open doors remove the need for handles, resulting into a clean-lined solution from inside to out.

Designed by Closet Factory Kentucky. This walnut wood walk-in closet is cohesive throughout the space, as the flooring, drawers, cabinets, and shelves have all been custom stained to blend seamlessly together. Just because this stained walnut walk-in looks stylish doesn’t mean it lacks functionality. Here we have triple-hanging sections made accessible by manual pull-down rods, ensuring that every inch of useable wall space is maximized to its full potential. Space-saving accessories like concealed hampers further this idea of combining form and function to help keep this beautiful closet organized.

The design for this home in Palo Alto looked to create a union between the interior and exterior, blending the spaces in such a way as to allow residents to move seamlessly between the two environments. Expansive glazing was used throughout the home to complement this union, looking out onto a swimming pool centrally located within the courtyard.
Within the living room, a large operable skylight brings in plentiful sunlight, while utilizing self tinting glass that adjusts to various lighting conditions throughout the day to ensure optimal comfort.
For the exterior, a living wall was added to the garage that continues into the backyard. Extensive landscaping and a gabion wall was also created to provide privacy and contribute to the sense of the home as a tranquil oasis.

Key Features of the Seamless Cabinetry:
Handleless Design: Instead of traditional pulls or knobs, push-to-open mechanisms and recessed finger pulls provide a cleaner, more contemporary appearance.
Matte Finishes: The cabinets are finished in a soft-touch matte lacquer, which resists fingerprints and provides a velvety, elegant texture. The neutral palette—soft whites, warm taupes, and muted greys—keeps the kitchen bright while creating a calm, airy atmosphere.
Integrated Appliances: Built-in panels conceal the refrigerator and dishwasher, blending them seamlessly into the cabinetry for a flush, unified look.
Full-Height Storage: Tall pantry cabinets stretch from floor to ceiling, maximizing vertical space while keeping the kitchen clutter-free. Interior pull-out trays and organizers make access effortless.

We can build outdoor kitchens that blend seamlessly with an existing or new patio, or that stand alone on their own merit. Outdoor kitchen designs can include amenities such as food preparation areas, cabinets, outdoor appliances (such as refrigerators, ice makers and ovens), outdoor grills, pizza ovens, sinks, outdoor bars and dining spaces. We can even include a gazebo, fireplace or fire pit for added ambiance. If you can dream it, Millenium’s outdoor kitchen contractors can build it.

These homeowners were ready to update the home they had built when their girls were young. This was not a full gut remodel. The perimeter cabinetry mostly stayed but got new doors and height added at the top. The island and tall wood stained cabinet to the left of the sink are new and custom built and I hand-drew the design of the new range hood. The beautiful reeded detail came from our idea to add this special element to the new island and cabinetry. Bringing it over to the hood just tied everything together. We were so in love with this stunning Quartzite we chose for the countertops we wanted to feature it further in a custom apron-front sink. We were in love with the look of Zellige tile and it seemed like the perfect space to use it in.
