This nursery was designed as the starting point for a beautiful journey—a space where memories will be made, and where the adventure of growing up begins. We purchased this house and boy was it a disaster. If you look at the last photo this was not a house that was too cared for. We removed the roof and added a second floor and a front porch. On the first floor most of the floor joist and ply wood was replaced, the main beam was strengthened and the walls were reconfigured to allow us to install a larger more modern kitchen. When we finished, we took this 50+ year old house and turned it into a 3 bedroom 3 full bath, complete with laundry room and Master suite with 2 large walk-in closets.

Cesar Rubio Hulburd Design transformed a 1920s French Provincial-style home to accommodate a family of five with guest quarters. The family frequently entertains and loves to cook. This, along with their extensive modern art collection and Scandinavian aesthetic informed the clean, lively palette.

**Featured Baltimore Sun's Dream Home** In need of a place to call home in the States, this Australian family with a primary residence in Hong Kong needed a turn-key residence, complete with kitchen utensils and linens. We carefully designed each room with a color scheme that matches its function. The children's room features stimulating primary colors. The kitchen utilized bold blue to inspire creativity.
