Feel the beach in this turquoise glass themed master bath. Glass pencil tile in blues and greens sets off the tone along with the brilliant turquoise walls. A frameless shower enclosure showcases the oversized walk-in shower. Honey colored Beadboard cabinets with Giallo Portifino granite makes for a nice contrast to the blues and greens. The square drop in white roman tub invites you in for a soak with it's waterfall satin nickel faucet.

Gorgeous Paoli Kitchen Remodel! Customer selected Fieldstone cabinetry in Marshmallow Cream, Rustic wood flooring, granite countertop and doublestacked on post leg style island.

This clean, contemporary, white kitchen, in a New York City penthouse, was designed by Bilotta's Goran Savic and Regina Bilotta in collaboration with Jennifer Post of Jennifer Post Design. The cabinetry is Bilotta’s contemporary line, Artcraft. A flat panel door in a high-gloss white lacquer finish, the base cabinet hardware is a channel system while the tall cabinets have long brushed stainless pulls. All of the appliances are Miele, either concealed behind white lacquer panels or featured in their “Brilliant White” finish to keep the clean, integrated design. On the island, the Gaggenau cooktop sits flush with the crisp white Corian countertop; on the parallel wall the sink is integrated right into the Corian top. The mirrored backsplash gives the illusion of a more spacious kitchen – after all, large, eat-in kitchens are at a premium in Manhattan apartments! Not only has this master bathroom been completely renovated and updated, the design gives the impression that the bathroom is actually larger than the original. This, despite the fact that a luxurious tub was added and the footprint of the shower was extended. The ceiling soffits and a false angled wall were removed to give the illusion of more space and to bring in additional natural light from the existing skylights. The high gloss, wood-looking porcelain tile makes a bold statement. These tiles were installed wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling to create the biggest impact. Exquisite lighting, frameless glass shower enclosure, quartz countertops, painted cabinetry, and brilliant brushed bronze fixtures complete this timeless design.

• A busy family wanted to rejuvenate their entire first floor. As their family was growing, their spaces were getting more cramped and finding comfortable, usable space was no easy task. The goal of their remodel was to create a warm and inviting kitchen and family room, great room-like space that worked with the rest of the home’s floor plan.
The focal point of the new kitchen is a large center island around which the family can gather to prepare meals. Exotic granite countertops and furniture quality light-colored cabinets provide a warm, inviting feel. Commercial-grade stainless steel appliances make this gourmet kitchen a great place to prepare large meals.
A wide plank hardwood floor continues from the kitchen to the family room and beyond, tying the spaces together. The focal point of the family room is a beautiful stone fireplace hearth surrounded by built-in bookcases. Stunning craftsmanship created this beautiful wall of cabinetry which houses the home’s entertainment system. French doors lead out to the home’s deck and also let a lot of natural light into the space.
From its beautiful, functional kitchen to its elegant, comfortable family room, this renovation achieved the homeowners’ goals. Now the entire family has a great space to gather and spend quality time.

Here we see Gappsi Signature Natural Stone Travertine being used in varying mediums, including patio, coping, wall veneer and a fireplace. Designed in tandem with the homeowners wish list of Built-In BBQ with bar seating, Pool, Spa and a custom fireplace our Designers created a cohesive 1,900 sqft patio that enhanced and reclaimed this once wild and brush ridden yard. Located in Centerport North Shore Long Island this property challenged our design and build team from the start with its contouring slopes and heavly dense underbrush we spent a full seven days removing and regrading the property to work with our design. A seating walls along the back side serves the function of retaining the higher elevation sloping towards the back of the property, somewhere to rest upon and as well a contrasting vertical eye catching visual anchor. The lighter Fiorito Stone veneer plays as a subtle complimentary change to the exotic and brilliant colored Natural Travertine in French pattern. The Fiorito step treads also create a visual warning that there are steps, which benefits all especially at night. The design team incorporated the BBQ/Bar area along the retaining wall to flow unbroken to the fireplace and continue into the natural living waterfall. The addition of the waterfall near the fireplace was done as a theme of fire and water giving the natural elements their respect and admiration the customer wanted. Each of these areas have been given their individual space so the user can feel immersed in each setting without feeling crowded or within another area. The warm tranquil space in front of the fireplace is far enough away from the vivid and fun dining and BBQ/bar area that individuals can almost get away while still being in the backyard. Gappsi ability to design create and accommodate all that you see here helps set us apart from the competition. From conception of the homeowners ideas and wishes paired with the lay of the land helped form such an intricate and fuctional design. All accessories were also taken into consideration to perfectly fit such items as the spa dining table to the components of the BBQ/Bar.
