Gorgeous bathroom designed by Associates III Interior Design of Denver, CO. This gorgeous design utilizes large format floor tile from Decorative Materials to add to the neutral palette of this mountain modern bathroom.

The master suite offers a haven of rejuvenation: find yourself in a world of calm as you enjoy the amenities of a 5-piece bath, a large walk-in closet, and beautiful views of lush greenery outside.

We wanted this bathroom interior to be chic, sophisticated, and unique! Gorgeous Mexican tiled flooring paired with a black-framed French shower stall set the tone for this "globally infused" interior. A large soaking tub, classic white wall tiling, and brass accents create a classic feel whereas the deep blue-green vanity add a pop of color!

Looking for a hardwood floor that can handle heavy foot traffic, pets, and busy family life? This whole-first-level renovation showcases the incredible strength and beauty of natural wide plank hickory floors. Known for its distinct grain character and unmatched durability, hickory offers the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern longevity. A durable matte clear coat ensures maximum protection against daily wear without losing the wood's timeless, organic appeal.

This 1950's built home was a time capsule in the most stunning way! Every element of the original modern home was perfectly preserved, including the kitchen. Unfortunately, the closed off kitchen wasn't fitting in the lifestyle of the busy young family. We needed to open the space, update the layout and finishes, all while ensuring we didn't lose the charm of the home.

This stunning dining room is the first space seen upon entering the home. Walls are a soft, turquoise blue and custom drapery panels grace the bay window. The mirrored table was puchased at Z Gallerie and the antique server is a family heirloom. The large chandelier is from the Midtown Collection available at Lamps Plus. Inspiration for a small coastal kids' wood-look tile floor and single-sink bathroom remodel in Tampa with shaker cabinets, brown cabinets, quartz countertops, white countertops and a freestanding vanity

SV Design made subtle modifications to the floor plan of this home to capture the natural light and harbor views, while designing an outdoor retreat that allows for both privacy and picturesque views. Home to an active household, SV infused a seamless mix of functional yet playful design and decoration throughout the interior.
Opening several walls on the main floor allows light to radiate through, while warm colors and whimsical touches in the furnishings complement the cool tones of the harbor outside. Vibrant splashes of color among the classic lines of the home enliven the space, creating a modern yet casual atmosphere.
The backyard features a rolling lawn, a new pool and hot tub, and an accompanying terrace. The design places the harbor view on full display, without losing privacy, through the use of strategic plantings. The updated space offers serene ambiance just steps from the harbor’s edge. This outdoor oasis is balanced by the warm, inviting interiors, creating the ideal space for this busy family to call home.

Buying term papers from academic writing services and freelance writers is becoming a popular deal. Therefore, former and current professors are entering this industry to write papers for money more and more often. Such services as CourseworkService.com are becoming popular among students all over the world. An interesting fact is that they hire not only former graduates but also out-of-work academics.
When professors find a compromise about cheating
Jennifer Sunseri, a former assistant professor, lost her job in 2009. She has been looking for a job for almost three years. At long last, she had abandoned all hope of finding a new job and started working as an academic writing service creating papers for college students.
Jenifer says, “I realize that it is legal, but highly unethical especially regarding the fact that I am a former professor. For me this is an equivalent of prostitution. But I have been living in a tight situation for years without an opportunity to visit a doctor or pay my bills. I am 53, and I have no kids to help me when I am out-of-work.”
She has been a tutor in Texas Tech since 1998, where she established a Slavic folklore course. Jenifer didn’t have any publications during her working years at Texas Tech, so when the time has come to apply for a venture, she realized that she has no chances and left. She moved to her sister and her mom and now she is living in her studio apartment with her two cats.
Sunseri was worried when she lost her job even though she has master’s degrees in Slavic linguistics and technical communications.
“I thought that my educator’s and writer’s skills will be useful,” she said. “However, I was shocked at the quantity of applications for an instructor at the local college, as well as for the office manager, or an adjunct at the local institution. Even an effort to apply for a substitute teacher failed. I cannot believe that those who have academic background, experience and a degree are in less demand than those have not.”
When Ph.D. and master’s degrees lose their magical power, people with academic background have no choice but to start their term paper writing career. Once professors become unemployed, one may say that they feel themselves like high school graduates looking for a part-time job. However, you will be surprised, but according to statistics sometimes those with high school or college diplomas are more welcome than people with higher education. The reason is that a lot of new job places in America were created at times of economic recovery and, therefore, they are low-paying and require specialists with lower skills. It turns to be that it is much easier to learn a less-educated worker and train him/her in a particular way suitable for a certain company or service than to teach a higher-educated worker all over again. In addition, higher educated job candidates are more selective about their choice.
How to become a ghostwriter if you have been punishing others for paper cheating
Jenifer was not fastidious. She was looking for a job that would correspond her skills and finally decided to try herself as an online editor. While searching for an editing job, she ran against term paper writing service. This company asked her to send examples of her works and complete a test task. She has been accepted as a ghostwriter.
In fact, term paper writing services gladly accept people with higher education and offer them to write papers of all kinds for money. Jenifer says that her first assignments for sale included a 5-page paper on public debt, 10-page paper on linguistics, and an editing work of someone else’s 20-page paper. All these assignments brought her about $150. Jenifer reports that it is possible to turn a useful penny by writing academic papers.
Jenifer realized that ghostwriting is a good source of income after she read an article about an anonymous academic writer who earned almost $70,000 a year writing papers for high school and college students.
“Currently this business becomes more and more popular. During finals and midterms, we have a lot of work to do since there are a lot of students ready to pay for a custom paper and submit it as their own,” he says. “It is no wonder that students use writing services. I have seen a lot of their writings, and I realize why they are so desperate about writing their assignments. Some of them are unable to compose a grocery list without additional help. They really need it. We help them pass a course, that’s all.”
Jenifer says that this work helped her be on form and develop her core skills like writing and researching all the time. She was unemployed for a long time and was afraid that her skills might become lower due to a lack of practice. However, at a writing company she never stops practicing. She claims that this is a hard work mostly because you have to be meet urgent deadlines.
The other challenge was a paper that she couldn’t complete once. The problem was not in a lack of competency, but in ethics. She discovered that it was an order for a student from her former place of work, Tech University. She says that she felt weird about completing this work and refused to write it.
“I became angry when I realized that I am going to serve a kid who is partying in Florida, while being a former faculty member of the university he is attending.”
Currently, Jenifer is working as a Russian translator. However, she is not abandoning academic writing industry even though she feels a little awkward about helping students to cheat. It is not that bad that unemployable professors have an opportunity to earn for living being ghostwriters even though it is not very ethical.
Ironically, a place of work like academic writing company that makes out-of-job educators feel that they are performing a crime assisting students in cheating seems to be the only place in the job market that values their experience in the sphere of education.

Our clients wanted to open up the wall between their kitchen and living areas to improve flow and continuity and they wanted to add a large island. They felt that although there were windows in both the kitchen and living area, it was still somewhat dark, so they wanted to brighten it up. There was a built-in wet bar in the corner of the family room that really wasn’t used much and they felt it was just wasted space. Their overall taste was clean, simple lines, white cabinets but still with a touch of style. They definitely wanted to lose all the gray cabinets and busy hardware.
We demoed all kitchen cabinets, countertops and light fixtures in the kitchen and wet bar area. All flooring in the kitchen and throughout main common areas was also removed. Waypoint Shaker Door style cabinets were installed with Leyton satin nickel hardware. The cabinets along the wall were painted linen and java on the island for a cool contrast. Beautiful Vicostone Misterio countertops were installed. Shadow glass subway tile was installed as the backsplash with a Susan Joblon Silver White and Grey Metallic Glass accent tile behind the cooktop. A large single basin undermount stainless steel sink was installed in the island with a Genta Spot kitchen faucet. The single light over the kitchen table was Seagull Lighting “Nance” and the two hanging over the island are Kuzco Lighting Vanier LED Pendants.
We removed the wet bar in the family room and added two large windows, creating a wall of windows to the backyard. This definitely helped bring more light in and open up the view to the pool. In addition to tearing out the wet bar and removing the wall between the kitchen, the fireplace was upgraded with an asymmetrical mantel finished in a modern Irving Park Gray 12x24” tile. To finish it all off and tie all the common areas together and really make it flow, the clients chose a 5” wide Java bamboo flooring. Our clients love their new spaces and the improved flow, efficiency and functionality of the kitchen and adjacent living spaces.

This client in the South Bay wanted to beautify their home, boost curb appeal, and conserve water by replacing their front lawn with drought tolerant landscaping. The landscape that we designed andn installed qualified for a rebate through the Santa Clara Valley Water District Landscape Rebate Program. "This program is designed to encourage residents and businesses to convert approved high-water use landscape, such as lawns and pools, to low-water use landscape, as well as to retrofit existing irrigation equipment with approved high-efficiency irrigation equipment."

Discover how premium light-filtering materials and smart-home automation can secure street-level entryway glass without losing natural daylight.
Choosing the right window treatments for a home's front entrance is one of the most challenging design decisions a homeowner can face. The front door is the focal point of a home's curb appeal, often featuring expansive glass panels or side-by-side double doors designed to make a grand architectural statement.
During the day, these large glass features are an asset, flooding entryways and foyers with beautiful natural daylight. However, for homes situated on busy local roads or highly trafficked street-level lots, the dynamic completely changes once the sun goes down.
The moment interior lights are switched on in the evening, a stark contrast is created with the dark outdoors. This creates a severe privacy issue, leaving the entire foyer completely exposed to passing traffic and pedestrians. Finding a solution that delivers absolute evening privacy without permanently plunging the front entrance into darkness during the day requires understanding how modern window treatment materials and operating systems interact.
Light-Filtering vs. Blackout Fabrics
The first step in solving street-level privacy is selecting the correct fabric type. Many homeowners mistakenly assume they need heavy, opaque blackout shades to secure their home from outside eyes at night. While blackout fabrics certainly block 100% of the view, they also block 100% of the natural daylight during the day, forcing you to constantly raise and lower the shades just to see inside your own foyer.
A more effective approach for entryways utilizes premium light-filtering materials. These specialized fabrics are engineered with a precise, tight weave that operates on the principles of directional light and optical density.
Daytime Functionality: When the sun is shining outside, the exterior light levels are significantly higher than the interior light levels. The light-filtering fabric diffuses the intense, direct sunlight into a soft, ambient glow throughout the entryway. This keeps the home bright, eliminates harsh glares, and protects interior hardwood flooring, paint, and trim from damaging UV rays.
Night-Time Functionality: At night, the lighting dynamic reverses. The interior foyer lights make the inside bright, while the outside is dark. Because of the specialized tight weave, the fabric blocks the transmission of clear shapes and details. To a person standing out on the street or driving by on a busy road, the view inside is completely obstructed, delivering total privacy when the family is home for the evening.
Challenges of Front Door Installations
Securing privacy for a double wide front entrance introduces unique structural hurdles that standard windows do not face. Traditional blinds with hanging cords or manual pull chains are poorly suited for front doors. They disrupt the clean architectural lines of a grand foyer, create a safety hazard, and can easily get tangled or damaged when the doors are opened and closed.
The window treatments must be mounted high and wide enough above the door trim to ensure that the front doors can swing open and close freely without ever catching on the fabric or the lower hem bar.
How We Applied These Principles in Sherrills Ford, NC
Applying these exact educational principles to real-world homes is what Cole and I do every day at Bloomin' Blinds of North Charlotte. We recently worked with a homeowner in Sherrills Ford whose beautiful new construction property sat on a highly trafficked road. They loved their double wide front door entrance but felt entirely too exposed to the street at night.
We brought our mobile showroom directly to their driveway. This allowed us to hold up premium light-filtering fabric samples directly against their entryway glass, matching the materials perfectly to their home's natural lighting, interior paint, and trim before making a single cut.
To solve their street-level privacy issue, we custom-built and installed two matching light-filtering roller shades, mounting them flawlessly side-by-side above the front door frame. To keep the home’s interior design completely cohesive, we carried the exact same style to the back of the house, installing a matching single roller shade on the rear door.
Smart Home Window Automation at Your Fingertips
Because entryway windows can be tall and awkward to reach manually, our family team integrated advanced smart-home motorization into this Sherrills Ford project.
Beyond the convenience of a handheld remote control, these automated roller shades feature seamless Wi-Fi integration. The homeowners can control their privacy through a dedicated smartphone app or link the system directly to their existing voice-activated smart home networks, including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit.
This allows for complete hands-free window automation. The clients can program custom daily routines—such as setting the front entry shades to automatically lower exactly at sunset—or simply use a voice command to secure the foyer instantly from the comfort of the couch.

Dark Wenge & Stone — A Kitchen Built for Living
There is something quietly confident about a kitchen that knows exactly what it is.
This open-plan renovation in Melbourne's inner suburbs pairs dark wenge cabinetry in Polytec's rich board finish with a honed Caesarstone benchtop — a combination that is at once grounded and refined. The layout follows a generous L-shape with a full-height pantry and appliance tower anchoring the back wall, while the mobile kitchen island on castors becomes the quiet star of the design. Despite its substantial, furniture-like presence, it moves — roll it aside when entertaining calls for an open floor, or lock it in place for a working kitchen that means business.
The island's open shelf side faces a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a lush green backyard, which does something clever to the space: it borrows the garden, pulls in natural light, and makes the kitchen feel far larger and more luxurious than its footprint suggests.
Subway tile splashback, integrated handles, and the disciplined restraint of the material palette keep the design from ever feeling busy. The result is a kitchen that is simple, highly functional, and genuinely beautiful.
A note on budget and design.
This project was completed in Polytec wenge board and Caesarstone — premium materials chosen to match the brief. The same design logic, however, translates readily into mid-range or entry-level finishes without losing its integrity. That is, ultimately, what good design does: it holds its shape across budgets. The role of a design and project manager is not simply to specify beautiful things — it is to marry the aesthetic vision with the budget available, and deliver a result that feels considered at every price point.

Our clients wanted to make a statement and add an element of lux to their bathroom. Our designer created a sense of luxury and drama by mixing dark moody surface textures. Black feature tiles have different textured surfaces and create an eye catching finish as soon as you enter the bathroom. Black tiles are complemented by the walnut finish on the sleek vanity with an edgy Luxecrete benchtop in charcoal. The basin is moulded into the benchtop giving the vanity its clean minimalist look. The vanity, the shaving cabinet and the cupboard provide plenty of storage for the busy family of four. Matt black wall-mounted taps suit the dark colour scheme and give the bathroom its polished look. The black wall hung toilet is both practical and aesthetically pleasing, and it’s a sophisticated choice for a contemporary concealed toilet solution. The built-in shower bench enhances the look and functionality of the walk-in shower and provides its user with many practical solutions - from storing the toiletries to creating a perch to sit on.
