The Cashiers Showhouse was a charming rustic cottage that embodies the mountain life in this precious little town. We immediately knew we wanted to wrap the room in the entry and create a warm and cozy welcome. We did this by using a matching wallpaper and fabric and layered a plaid rug and check drapery lining. Browns and greens create a seamless transition from the outside-in. The modern but still rustic pendant light in contrast with the antiques, add a touch of whimsy!

On the cover of Laurel Magazine. We love the shadows that play peek-a-boo with this gorgeous front landscape design. The green and clear blue sky just say "wow". What a beautiful way to exit and enter this fabulous home. Cashiers, North Carolina.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house. George Mendel

This Hand-knotted Moroccan Rug displays a softly defined Moroccan pattern in subtle, natural tones. Thick, fine wool yarns in beige with brown lines lend an ultra-plush feel and variegated shading that is unique to the rug. Our rugs are artisan crafted and no two are alike. Given their Hand-knotted nature, slight variations in shading and size are inherent to the each rug.
