This Fabulous Renovation took us to Structural Engineering with the Removal of a load bearing wall separating a dated Kitchen and Dining Room. By Removing the Wall we were able to create a large kitchen with an Island to Seat 8 with Converesation Seating! Oh and the Artwork!! Perfection!

"I wanted to say a big thank you for all your recent help before, during and following the installation of our new kitchen. All the dates, you scheduled in, were adhered to and you made sure that any small issues we had, were addressed promptly. Our new kitchen really is life changing. Most important of all, we are very happy with the results. Great work Erica. We would have no hesitation in recommending you and the team at RFK in the future." VANESSA & MARK

Ideally, an ensuite bathroom is a luxurious extension of your bedroom – but for these clients, the space felt dated. We relocated all the fixtures. These changes allowed us to add a larger vanity, a tall linen storage cabinet, and a doubled-in-size make-up area (which the client dubbed “her new favourite seat in the house”). Large vintage-inspired tiles, floating rustic shelves, and sleek grey cabinets inject style; a steam shower and modern fixtures add another layer of luxe.

This once dated and incredibly cut-up home got a custom remodel from floor to ceiling that changed ceilings and windows, knocked down walls, and moved rooms into other areas for an amazing light, bright, and open contemporary retreat.

This previously unused space was open to the home but lacked purpose. After learning the client wanted a peaceful workout and relaxation area, we transformed it into just that. Luxury vinyl flooring with a limestone look replaced the dated tile, instantly warming up the space. Exercise equipment was brought up from the dark basement into this bright, inviting room—perfect for working out, unwinding, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee while taking in the changing seasons.

This young and active family needed a change. Their closed off and dated kitchen didn't work with their lifestyle. They wanted room to entertain and an updated look. We took the wall down between the kitchen and dining room. We removed the U-shaped kitchen and added a huge island. Tons of drawers, pantries and so much countertop! A small coffee area. Gorgeous, lit floating shelves. And don't forget the bar area in the dining room. Now their space is open, bright with so much room for entertaining!

Nils & Kyle needed to remodel their outdated fireplace. It lacked appeal and essentially was hidden by seating. That all changed when we removed the bulky pop outs. Removed the dated tile and the built-in hearth. After all the demolition, we began to install a black matte 12X24 porcelain tile in a brick pattern from the floor to the ceiling. We installed a new 56” Modern flames landscape fireplace that modernized the space and lit up the room. With this change Nils and Kyle will never hide this fireplace again. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with them and we can't wait to work with them in the future.
