The club room can be found upstairs. It is a very large room with space for a separate desk and office space that sits right in front of the view of the golfcourse. A view that no other house in the community has. The club room is darker and richer with taupe walls and a full wall built in entertainment unit in a dark charcoal finish with room for a 60"” television, a wine cooler and wine storage. The perfect space for a man cave. The soft gray sofa with traditional tufting is flanked by contemporary wing chairs in a dark blue fabric and dramatic striped draperies. The space is anchored by a bronze metal cocktail table. Movie icons are framed above the sofa. This is a quiet escape from the rest of the home and has it's own bathroom attached.

The wine room has two intimate seating groups. The high back settee and club chairs that have a Lucite frame, cluster around a glass topped table. A custom game table that has a reversible top for games or poker. Ceiling beams were added and the ceiling was painted a wine color for a added cozy feeling. A chandelier with sliver and gold metal pieces in the middle of a linen drum shade have a masculine look that compliments the flat metal drapery rods.

IWA Design Center worked with a country club to create wine lockers for members to conveniently store their collection on site. Each locker is separately keyed, includes LED accent lighting, is marked with a name plate, and holds 12 wine bottles. The decorative Flemish patterned alder wood frames have insulated glass doors with magnetic seals to maintain temperature. To match existing cabinets, IWA was sent a sample for stain matching, so that the lockers would fit in seamlessly with existing furniture and millwork. The installation is front venting to allow for placement flush with the wall, using CellarPro's 1800 Houdini cooling units carefully hidden behind decorative hinged access panels. So far, the program has been profitable for the country club, and members are pleased to have wine lockers as an available feature.
