The Kelso's Primary Closet is a spacious and well-designed area dedicated to organizing and storing their clothing and accessories. The closet features a plush gray carpet that adds a touch of comfort and luxury underfoot. A large gray linen bench serves as a stylish and practical seating option, allowing the Kelso's to sit down while choosing their outfits. The closet itself is a generous walk-in design, providing ample space for hanging clothes, shelves for folded items, and storage compartments for shoes and accessories. The round semi-flush lighting fixtures enhance the visibility and add a modern touch to the space. The white melamine closet system offers a clean and sleek appearance, ensuring a cohesive and organized look. With the combination of the gray carpet, linen bench, walk-in layout, lighting, and melamine closet system, the Kelso's Primary Closet creates a functional and aesthetically pleasing space for their clothing storage needs.

A Little Attitude Living Room Scaled down for smaller spaces, there’s something very comforting in this simple gathering place. The Arcata sofa is made for comfort, and in multiple sizes, it fits in anywhere. A deep, sink-in leather chair offers seating and style; abstract art and brass accents contribute to the room’s clean, contemporary vibe.

The day bed offers a place for guest to sleep in addition to a great place to read. Two desks in this room also offer plenty of workspace. A comfortable room with multiple purposes was created.

This gorgeous custom pool & covered porch that houses a large stone fireplace with seating walls and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and wraparound raised bar makes it the perfect spot for entertaining. The custom tongue and groove ceilings with exposed beams, can lights, and ceiling fans add just the right ambiance to this comfortable, elegant outdoor living space.

This unique project was one home designed for two families. The goal was to make the space functional for both families while preserving the integrity of the design. The result is a clean yet aggressive design emphasizing comfortable living for parents and kids. Multiple owner suites are situated on the main level with access to gorgeous views and outdoor living spaces. The cottage also offers plenty of bedrooms for the children - on a separate level - along with a variety of areas to gather, relax, and recreate.

This flexible office and Murphy Bed make the most of a multipurpose room, offering an intelligent blend of storage options, workspace and comfortable sleeping quarters.

A ground floor mudroom features a center island bench with lots storage drawers underneath. This bench is a perfect place to sit and lace up hiking boots, get ready for snowshoeing, or just hanging out before a swim. Surrounding the mudroom are more window seats and floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets made in rustic knotty pine architectural millwork. Down the hall, are two changing rooms with separate water closets and in a few more steps, the room opens up to a kitchenette with a large sink. A nearby laundry area is conveniently located to handle wet towels and beachwear. Woodmeister Master Builders made all the custom cabinetry and performed the general contracting. Marcia D. Eye-Land: Named for the expansive white oak savanna views, this beautiful 5,200-square foot family home offers seamless indoor/outdoor living with five bedrooms and three baths, and space for two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The site posed unique design challenges. The home was ultimately nestled into the hillside, instead of placed on top of the hill, so that it didn’t dominate the dramatic landscape. The openness of the savanna exposes all sides of the house to the public, which required creative use of form and materials. The home’s one-and-a-half story form pays tribute to the site’s farming history. The simplicity of the gable roof puts a modern edge on a traditional form, and the exterior color palette is limited to black tones to strike a stunning contrast to the golden savanna. The main public spaces have oversized south-facing windows and easy access to an outdoor terrace with views overlooking a protected wetland. The connection to the land is further strengthened by strategically placed windows that allow for views from the kitchen to the driveway and auto court to see visitors approach and children play. There is a formal living room adjacent to the front entry for entertaining and a separate family room that opens to the kitchen for immediate family to gather before and after mealtime.
